Went to breakfast here around 1030. We sat outside with a beautiful view. They had country music in the background, which was a nice touch. Food took less than 10 minutes to cook after ordering and was delcious. We had a nice young man as our server who had a pleasant smile and was on point. Definitely recommend going here. Can't wait to go back.

The outside area was perfect. Right on the bay with a great view of the sunset. Everyone enjoyed the food. The vegetable crab had huge chunks of claw meat. Usually Maryland crab has just tiny shreds. It was awesome!

Its a “thing” for us when we go to Ocean City. We like the character of the place. Its not fancy, but it is a landmark and has good food, obviously known for their crab cakes. I usually choose one of the crab cake dinners, sometimes with beef brisket, and usually cole slaw. They also have a great menu of Bloody Marys. The location by the bay gives it character. We like to sit in the small enclosed deck area with a view of the bay. There is also the main seating area with a bar, and also an upper deck, although that isn’t always open.

We frequent the area and have never made it to Crabcake Factory yet so we were excited to try it. Our party of 10 visited on Saturday night and were split into two tables in a side room.. which was totally fine because we realize our party was large and it is a busy early summer weekend. Upon arrival table 1 ordered and received their drink orders. Table 2 never was asked if they want drinks after receiving waters. We ordered a couple apps at each table and they were received in a timely manner. Our tables both ordered our food and table 1 received their food shortly after the apps. Table 2 ordered 4 crabcakes and received just the side salads at that time. We finished the salads and continued to wait and still no food and no mention of the status from the server. The other table finished their food and was shocked to discover we were still waiting. The waitress overheard the other table’s surprise that table 2 didn’t have food yet and said “oh you know that got apps and side salads, it’s coming”… but never actually said anything to our table that was waiting. Still continued to wait and then finally the waitress came up and admitted they gave our food to the wrong table and that our food is coming. We waited almost an hour from the time we got our apps to when our food came at almost 9pm at this point. We were with small children and had to ask them to box it to go. Not one offer of maybe taking an app off or sending over a manager (we were polite and patient the whole time and meanwhile the new table in our same room was being served free drinks because they made “extra”.. their server seemed excellent). In hindsight we could have asked for the manager but didn’t want to chance our food being mishandled and were just done. We get home and opened the food to see that this was one of the crabcakes they gave us. At this point we were super upset as we just spent a lot of money to just bring back food to our house that was cold and poorly presented. I called the manager to discuss and he had no clue this happened and didn’t even seem sincerely apologetic, saying there was nothing he could do now and we should have gotten him. Maybe.. but the server could have maybe alerted him when she knew what happened. And to say there is nothing you could do is a cop out. Never ever will visit CCF Bayside again and would not recommend to anyone. Very unfortunate.

Hole in the wall type place, but wow. Service was awesome, super friendly and fast. Food was very good. Kids enjoyed sliders and fries were awesome! The view at sunset was amazing over the marsh. We sat on the patio which was a little chilly but worth it for the view. Will be back if in the area.

Great food, bar like atmosphere and good service. The views onto the bay are unbeatable. Would definitely come back for the crab legs!

We went tonight with a party of 12. Excellent service. They were running a NFL special 10$ certain apps and crab cake dinner special. The crab cakes were awesome. My hubby and I also had peel and eat shrimp and lobster bisque special. Daughter had pulled brisket. For a seafood place it was also great. I tried bites of other things. Mussels and crab dip in bread bowl. Also very good. Had to save beignets for later. Highly recommend going here. We were also there for the"golden hour" beautiful sunset. We also went a few weeks later and had the same. Very good

Went to Crabcake Factory for breakfast. Had an amazing server. Rachel was very friendly and helpful and just a breath of fresh air. Definitely very pleasant woman. The food came out in a timely maneuver. Was not happy with my coffee it tasted like it was burnt. However our food was good along with the view.

Awesome crabcakes and food! 🤤👌 Good drinks too. Only Downsides: sticky tables and disengaged server. 😕 But the food was worth it! Plus, a nice view of the bay! 🌊🌅 Give it a try. 🌟🦀

Ordered the Monday special: Monday $12.00 11 to 8 PM.Philly or Chicken CheesesteakWith hand-cut fries The only issue I had was that they make you order a drink to get the special. I don't drink soda and I did not want an alcoholic beverage. I just wanted ice water. The service was excellent, and so was the food. The atmosphere is also pleasing. We will go back despite the small issue with the mandatory drink purchase.
