secret
to
keep
to
one's
self.
This
is
the
best
value
and
most
appealing
of
any
of
the
fitness
programs
around
when
it
comes
to
personal
training.
Don't
even
waste
your
time
investigating
or
even
investing
in
some
of
these
larger
chains
offering
"individualized
training",
because
they
can't
come
close
to
offering
the
personal
attention
and
individualized
programming
Dustin
and
his
team
will
create.
All
of
the
instructors
are
certified,
and
not
just
some
sheet
of
paper
saying
that
participated
in
a
course.
From
respected
institutions.
They
truly
are
health
and
fitness
professionals
who
are
knowledgeable
and
brimming
with
expertise
and
aren't
trying
to
blow
smoke
up
any
type
of
stack.
They
are
here
for
you.
Whether
for
increased
athletic
agility
and
explosiveness
one
wants
for
competition,
or
just
for
a
solid
workout,
this
is
the
place
to
be.
The
options
and
possibilities
are
endless
with
the
setup
of
facility.
There
are
options
available
to
compliment
the
personal
training
which
includes
group
classes
and
crazy
mad
high
intensity
training
for
all
types
of
seekers.
I
hate
to
call
it
a
staff,
because
it
is
more
of
a
family/team
which
is
there
wanting
you
to
achieve
optimum
results,
no
matter
what
level
at
which
you
may
be.
From
the
initial
intake
assessment
and
goal
setting
and
forward,
there
is
nothing
Dustin,
Alex,
Nate
and
Eric
wouldn't
do
to
help
and
support
their
clients
move
forward.
They
will
help
with
a
nutritional
program
and
supplements,
suggestions
and
are
always
able
to
answer
any
questions
you
may
have.
We
all
have
stumbles,
but
they
will
not
let
you
fall,
and
make
sure
you
get
up.
It
is
always
positive.
I
couldn't
be
happier
with
the
results
which
I
have
achieved
in
the
short
time
I
have
been
fortunate
enough
to
have
connected
with
Dustin.
In
the
first
4
1/2
months,
I
lost
almost
20
pounds,
lost
4
1/2"
from
my
waist
and
10
1/2"
total.
All
of
this
is
with
the
help
and
plan
of
attack
which
is
sketched
out
and
put
into
action.
But
it
never
gets
routine.
For
me
personally,
I
usually
have
several
different
workouts
I
can
choose,
and
on
any
given
day,
Dustin
or
Alex
will
ask,
"What
do
you
feel
like
today?"
I'll
tell
them
what
I
want
to
target,
and
by
the
time
I
have
completed
my
warmup,
the
workout
is
ready.
I
cannot
express
loudly
enough
how
psyched
I
am
with
the
results,
and
even
more
psyched
to
see
what
I
will
be
able
to
do
in
another
6
months.
I
consistently
am
surprising
myself
how
my
strength
and
endurance
have
improved
and
how
much
further
I
can
push
myself
to
my
limit.
It
was
one
of
my
goals
when
I
first
sat
down
with
Dustin.
Now,
if
I
don't
burn
at
least
1000
KCal
in
a
workout,
I
feel
like
I
didn't
work
hard
enough.
But
thankfully,
they
make
sure
I
hit
that
goal
by
making
sure
the
workout
is
intense
enough,
and,
being
there
to
push
and
encourage
me
when
it
seems
as
if
I
just
don't
have
anymore
in
me,
but
they
squeeze
that
last
drop
of
drive
to
help
get
me
over
that
line.
Bottom
line,
if
you
are
serious
about
getting
into
shape,
are
on
a
mission
and
want
to
see
real
results,
DC
Strength
Ohio
is
where
you
need
to
be.
But
be
aware,
there
is
a
danger
of
getting
hooked.
