    Dr Davis is the best! He is the reason I am in good health at 70. Highly recommended him and Dr Miller. Great team of nurses !

    Every single time I need to make an appointment the phone is always off it’s so annoying. I called like 11 times yesterday and about 8 times now and still not awnings😡 almost at the point when I’m thinking of finding a new doctor the dose answers the phones.

    Hard to give a good review then you go to the office on time for blood work.Wait at lease 45 finally get in and all the paperwork isn't right also there to pickup paperwork that was promised to also no ready.Come back again in the afternoon and finally get the blood work done but still no paperwork as promised Hopefully they will be ready tomorrow or it will be a blanket and pillow kind of day.I'm just one of those kind of people don't make a promise you can't keep bad practice

    I have been going to this medical practice for close to 30 years. 3 generations of my family use this practice. I have chronic conditions and I’m very grateful to the nurse practitioner Jennifer. She is very committed to helping my quality of life, improving my health and she really listens to everything I tell her. She consults with DrMiller and her recommendations have always been approved by the Dr. The staff is very hard working and I’ve gotten great support from all of them. The clerical associates try very hard by taking detailed messages to pass on to Jen, and I’ve gotten call backs from Fran and Aries in the past.I hope I haven’t forgotten to mention everyone that has helped with my care. There have been many changes, try to be patient with the staff. They are doing their best.

    My Doctor becomes part of WellMed and then retires, all within the past 10 - 12 months. Now I get to see a lady, Jen, I haven't seen once in the last 10 years and she's not even a real Dr. My real Dr. had me getting a chest scan every years because I was very long term smoker. I try to tell Jen that and she says she'll have to look into it ? I say okay it should be in my file because ordered one yealry since 2016. I call back days later and I'm told there isn't any note about it so I tell the CSR the situation and wait another week and call back again and this time I told she doesn't see the need and so I'll have to come in to discuss it with her. I again explain that Dr Davis has had me going since 2016 and to please have Jen call me or take a closer look and I wait another week because I don't hear from Jen. I call and this time I'm told Jen said she will not give me the prescription without seeing her first ? I told the CSR to please tell Jen that I am extremely disappointed in her and will just have another Dr I know order the prescription for me because I wouldn't waste another minute of my time with her. Why did the Dr. order it yearly but she couldn't find it ? I have COPD and early stage emphysema noted in file and I know this because I discussed with Dr during my yearly physical for the last 7 - 8 years. Jen is Horrible at her job and I'm now looking for a different Dr.

    I was a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Davis at this location until he retired this past summer. I believe the practice was sold to WellMed prior to his retirement. I saw Dr. Davis for over 20 years; he was the best. I never had a problem seeing the doctor the same day I called or sometimes the next day. Since selling the practice to WellMed, all the former employees seem to be gone, except for the other doctor, Dr. Miller. I have never been so disappointed and feel that I’ll be looking for a new doctor in the very near future. I saw the nurse practitioner about ten days ago for some kind of crud that seems to be going around. I had a follow-up appointment for yesterday, Wednesday, January 24. On Tuesday I received a phone call that the nurse practitioner would be out of the office on Wednesday and I had to reschedule my appointment until Friday. Today I received another phone call that the nurse practitioner was sick and would not be in tomorrow. As I’m still not feeling well, I asked to be seen by someone else tomorrow. The person who answered the phone said she would see what she could do about getting me seen tomorrow and that a nurse would call be back later in the day. When I had heard nothing by 2 p.m. I called the office and asked when I could expect a call back. I did not want to be waiting all day and then have he office be closed. I was assured that the nurse would call be back some time after 4 p.m. Did I ever get a call back? NO. No one ever called me back! To say that I’m angry and upset is putting it mildly. The least someone could have done was return my call, even if it was to tell me I would have to wait until Monday to see someone. I would not recommend this WellMed office in Holiday, nor any other WellMed office if this office is any indication of the way these practices are run by WellMed.
