Great family run hotel on the beach. No frills but the staff is amazing, the breakfast top notch, and dinner each evening if you let the staff know you want to eat. The closest restaurant is a five minute walk down the beach or 20 minutes walking by road. Just beware of the small stream on the way to restaurant area because during high tide it washes out and can be quite difficult to pass at dark.

This small family hotel lie directly on the Beau Vallon Bay, lovely owners, clean rooms, delicious local dishes. You can take an early swim at the beach then can start your day with a wonderful breakfast and let’s go to discover the island! If once you stay here, you will always come back here.

Pleasant, family run small guests house. I stayed four days on official mission to Seychelles. Nice and quite. My boarding was on BB basis. They served same breakfast everyday:)!! Things were really portioned out. They do not serve lunch. If you want dinner there you need to oder before 4.00 pm. I did not have dinner . So, I do not know what they serve. Room was big and clean. You get access to WIFI but it can be unstable...

We had mixed experience with this hotel. We visited the place during corona lockdown times since it is a category 2 hotel. Pro: 1.) The location of the hotel is good since it is directly at the beach. 2.) The stuff is friendly if you ask for any help. Cons: 1.) The owner force you to stay in your room for the first 6 days until you did you PCR Test. They don't allow you to go on the property nor to the sea that is right in front. The seychelles health organization itself states on their website that you need to stay on the hotel property. 2.) Arguing with the owner is very frustrating since she is not able to let you speak to the end. 3.) The food becomes boring. On 9 out of 10 days we received rice with some curry. 4.) No room service was done in 10 days. We had to ask for new towels and blankets. 5.) The WiFi is a nightmare. The number of slots is limited and the connection is very poor and unstable. This makes a quarantine stay definitely not enjoyable, look for something else in this case. If corona is over it might look different.

A fantastic place to be. Partly business and holiday. Great room, great location just by the Indian Ocean, super friendly family run hotel. Staff is second to none. I can only recommend the place to anyone.

Very nice, very peacfull place. Big rooms with big bathrooms. You leave your room and go directly to beautiful beach. And what is vert important, food that was served there was absolutely fantastic! If I go to Mahe I would definitely stay in that hotel.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location just few meters from the ocean. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel stuff was excellent and the owner very helpful. Highly recommended.

One of the wonderful destination in the world is seychelles, and staying in Augernine, Mahe Islands, was still pleasant. The hotel is located the beach side of Mahe Islands and only 2 minute walk to the beach. We can walk on the full coastal and can enjoy the natural sea breeze. Once you step out the Augernine to the beach - Water sports including Jestsky, and paragliding are available. The sunrise and sunset are really awesome. The hotel is equipped with beach chairs and could experience sunbath with refreshments. The breakfast is served on time with buffet. Special orders for eggs, and toast. The service was excellent with homely people. The Tortoise farms is adjacent the the entrance, and can take sefies, but please don't touch.

An amazing hotel to be! I really enjoyed my stay here. Next to the beach! Good food, professional and kind staff. Loved my room. Comfy beds! Loved the garden behind the hotel.

Great place! Small Hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast served right next to the beach, great Creole buffet in the evenings. Very fair pricing. Definitely a recommendation!

Augerine is a small hotel with a great position, with direct access to the beach of Beau Vallon. For a two star hotel it's pretty good - it serves a nice simple breakfast (eggs, toasts and fruits) and buffet dinners. The staff is nice. Overall, it was a good stay. I would recommend it if you are looking for a cheaper option in Mahè.
