What an absolute disgrace this outlet is. The outside looked like a tip, actually most tips are cleaner than this filthy place!!! There was rubbish everywhere, cigarette butts all over the ground, spilled food, rubbish bins overflowing, that's outside. Get inside to place an order, can't find any staff, started calling out, finally someone came, keeping in mind we were the only people there, with just one car in the drive through. Place our order, no spoons, no hand wipes. The inside was shabby, in desperate need of an overall clean and update. Definitely won't be going to this franchise again!!! Yuck.

Max at the front counter does a great job. It's the ladies out the back that are rude. You can hear them carrying on. We waited 40 minutes for our meals, and the lady out back just kept saying, they'll have to wait. Everyone got their meals around us. Max did well managing the customer and her hot temper.

The inside of this restaurant is pretty gross, the floors and walls look like they have never been wiped, this high chair is disgusting! Best to just drive thru and eat in your car.

Picked up the 9 for $9.95 bucket special at KFC today while in town on an errand. Went through drive thru then home within 30 mins. Went to pick up BOX from car seat and it was so full of oil that the cardboard broke down where it had soaked through. Thankfully it was resting on a shopping bag and although soaking into that it just missed the contents. Opened box up in kitchen and removed pieces to find this mess.... yes I have made a complaint to KFC. 😪🤨when will I learn. Actually I told them to train staff to drain for an appropriate time. I have never, ever seen such a disgusting amount of oil. AND it was unable to be eaten. I am unhappy with lack of response from complaint placed on official site.This is obviously one of many bad reviews for Beaudesert. Better management, staff training and quality control required. 🤬

Not sure why but they always seem to run out of sides, but the chicken was hot for a change.

Served by Jaster today, couldn't get app to work and she went out of her way to help me. Lovely service

A limitless slow today, but got our order right and apologies we for the delay. All in all quite pleasant

Chicken was over cooked, chips under cooked. No napkins given out and had to wait several minutes for staff to attend front counter while asking for only to be met with fair disinterested girl. Lousy service, won't be coming back & wouldn't recommend. 1 star at best.

Ordered a meal online hoping my meal would be ready when I arrived, I arrived 20 minutes later, was told I would have a 25 minute wait, I saw 2 police officers come in and order their meal, they waited around 5 minutes and then they got their meal and left, I didn't get my meal until an hour later, I spent $100 on this meal for my family and my chips where cold and soggy.

Need to put on staff, waited 10 minutes just to find someone to seve me. Won't be back.

No dine in available and when I did order 15 pieces at drive through... only thighs and legs available.

It is different with picture and real one...I really expected when I saw the pictures... just bread and mayo and chicken...

20 minutes. Then told couldn't fill order. Burgers had been made and were sitting on the bench for a long time. Door isn't working. What a joke. Refund walked out.

Food order was correct (had to remind them about a drink), but the place was not super clean.
