This was my first time getting a massage or even going to a spa and I had the best pampering day ever. I highly recommend this place. I got it as a Christmas gift, but would definitely pay for a massage or other amenities they offer myself. Suzanne did my massage and she was wonderful. She always made sure I was comfortable and was so kind. The staff is so friendly and helpful with my many questions. The building itself was clean and beautiful, I really felt like I was at an oasis. It’s a good thing I am moving away- otherwise I’d have no money because I would want to come here all the time!! I had the best experience for sure.

The facilities are beautiful and I felt like an absolute queen walking out! The level of service I received was unmatched. 10/10 recommend stopping by when you’re in the Hilton head area- you will not regret it

I've been to Whisper Creek many times and every time is a wonderful experience! I've tried a variety of the massages, but the hot stone is my new favorite! Every person that works there is so friendly and accommodating. I couldn't find any appointments this past weekend so I gave them a call and they managed to find a slot for me. Highly recommend!

My new favorite spa! You can check prices online. They were very friendly and made our experience memorable. There is an infrared sauna available for all guests before and after your services. I recommend the peach mimosa 🤪

I went to whisper creek to get a Brazilian done. I had never been there before or ever had a Brazilian done before. The establishment was very homey feeling very clean and Courtney Taylor did my wax. She was very professional and helped calm my nerves with her relaxing demeanor and talked me through the whole thing. She made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back again for another Brazilian and maybe my legs.

My mom & I enjoyed an amazing spa day... therapeutic massages, relaxing with chilled citrus water and wine in the ambiance of the lounge, heated neck wraps, and time in the sauna. The spa is fabulous and the staff attends to every detail, making you feel special, yet very comfortable and at ease. The highlight for me was the deep tissue massage I received from Cameryn. Highly recommend Whisper Creek.

My first visit to WhisperCreek Spa! Courtney was fabulous - She has the skill and the touch of a great esthetician. I immediately felt very comfortable with her and she respected the silence when I chose to be quiet. This spa is beautiful. It has every amenity I could want it is exceptionally clean and very well appointed. I will surely return to see Courtney for another visit…. I cannot overstate what a great experience this was.
