I
recently
stayed
at
the
Hilton
Garden
Inn
in
Hilton
Head
and
unfortunately,
I
was
left
disappointed
with
my
experience.
Although
the
man
working
the
front
desk
in
the
evening
was
very
nice
and
welcoming,
the
room
itself
was
not
up
to
standard.
One
of
the
major
issues
we
encountered
was
with
the
bathroom.
The
tub
drain
was
in
such
poor
condition
that
it
instantly
turned
our
shower
into
a
nasty
bath.
This
was
quite
unpleasant
and
definitely
not
what
we
expected
from
a
Hilton
property.
Additionally,
the
sink
in
the
bathroom
also
had
drainage
problems,
which
made
it
difficult
to
use
comfortably.
Another
issue
we
faced
was
with
the
air
conditioning
in
the
room.
Despite
running
constantly,
it
did
little
to
help
regulate
the
temperature.
This,
coupled
with
the
lack
of
comfort
in
the
bed,
kept
my
wife
and
me
up
for
most
of
the
night.
This
was
particularly
disappointing
as
we
were
hoping
for
a
peaceful
and
restful
getaway,
away
from
the
demands
of
our
toddler.
Overall,
this
room
put
a
huge
damper
on
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
nice
and
rare
escape
for
us.
We
were
looking
forward
to
a
pleasant
stay
at
the
Hilton
Garden
Inn,
but
unfortunately,
the
room
did
not
meet
our
expectations.
I
hope
that
the
hotel
management
takes
note
of
these
issues
and
works
towards
improving
the
quality
of
their
accommodations.
