My mother and I were in the store Friday June 18th. She can have a hard time with certain tasks, like shopping for and trying on clothes, since her diagnosis and treatment. An associate with short blonde hair and glasses(forgot to ask her name) went above and beyond in assisting my mother. Her assistance ensured my mother was comfortable and confident with her purchases and overall made the experience extremely positive for both my mother and I. Thank you so much.

I love this store! The clerk's know me by name. They can always find something tailored and classic no matter where I am going. The new spring colors are beautiful.

Great customer service - however they do not carry plus sizes above 16. They will order something from the catalog to be sent to the store.

Talbots is one of my favs - especially at this time of year where I get the friends discount + my b'day discount!😊

This store excludes more than half of the population by failing to carry plus sizes. No problem. My wallet is plus-sized too. I’ll go elsewhere.

I came in looking for a dress to wear to a funeral and was feeling very stressed about shopping. However, thanks to Sue and the rest of the Talbots team I had the easiest experience possible. Sue is an absolute gem. She had set aside some options for me after I called ahead and then selected more for me while I was there. I left with two comfortable, flattering, and high quality dresses. Sue transformed what could have been a very difficult time into an easy and peaceful experience. She and all the other team members were so considerate, professional, and helpful.
