The food was really good didn't take long and the staff were nice as well. My family enjoyed it.

I’ve tried several Mexican restaurants around Beaufort but La Nopalera is the winner of all. My first experience was take out. I walked in and placed my order for two person, the food was ready within 12 minutes. Second experience was dine in and it was even better. Our waiter was super friendly. The service was fast even thou it was a busy Friday nite. Food is super delicious. Their combo options are very rich and the portions are pretty big. Will definitely go back when we’re back in town.

We stopped in on a whim..price was excellent food was fabulous and the amount was soooo much deff took home leftovers. Drinks could have been a bit stronger but we were very happy all around. Check this one out folks, we dined in

One of the best Mexican restaurants around- they offer the traditional American Tex-Mex faves, plus some more traditional things like nopales, sopes, and more. Portions are good, meat is well seasoned.

It was pretty crowded after graduation. We were on the patio. Salsa was very good, our food was brought out quickly hot. Generous helping more than enough for one person. Loved it and will go back and eat there again . Margaritas was just right big and strong.

Fast and delicious! Serving sizes were huge- all 4 of us brought home leftovers. My kids ordered from the kids menu. I git the shrimp fajitas. They were delicious! Our food came out so fast too!!! Great Chios and salsa. I'll definitely be back.

Let's 1st say, I really appreciate good reviews from everyone who ate here!! That's what brought me jere after driving around for 30 minutes seeing what to eat. They have a decent menu with great selections. When i walked through the door to be seated, I saw the wings someone ordered, and they looked delicious!!! 12 nice size wing cuts for 13.99!! They almost had me with those, but I chose the Fajita Burrito with a side of beans and rice. It was HUGE and good!! ALL THE FOOD CAME OUT HOT!! 🙌🏽 The portions here are big, as stated by other customers. Even the cups you drink out of are huge 🤣. I'm a big guy 6'2 310lbs and I was only able to eat half of the burrito with my rice and beans. This was added to the #2 spot for Mexican restaurants! I need to go back and get more dishes, though, to taste and see about the authenticity. GO HERE AND EAT!!!

Great food! Tasty, fresh and very very generous portions. Mmmmm 😋 Food was served fast and hot! Friendly staff. A must go if you are visiting the area. Tip: try the mixed fajitas and the special burrito (chicken or steak), you won't regret it! Promise ☺️

I got the nachos and they were delicious!! The rest of my family's meals looked super good as well! I will say the beans were kinda iffy but the rest of it was amazing! The portions are huge!!!! I definitely had to take half home!

We love the food here. Yes, it isn’t authentic but the flavor is the best from these types of restaurants we’ve ever been to. The portions are also huge. I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately when we get them to go we often have problems. The first time was perfect. I decided months later to reorder the same thing. I was right all expect for the extra burrito we paid for. Just last night we ordered that same dish again. A burrito and an extra. I thought to have my husband check it before coming home but didn’t. Sure enough it wasn’t even the same dish. We were planning on sharing the food and it wasn’t enough. It’s pretty disappointing. It tasted good but still. I guess the next time I will insist we be those people and check all packages before leaving.

OK this place is good. The food is huge. I couldn't finish it all. Service was great. I'm from the west coast and whenever my work send me to Beaufort I have to come to la nopalera. I would recommend it to all.

Never have we taken food home from a Mexican restaurant, but they gave us enough for a snack later. It was absolutely delicious, service was wonderful, and we will mark this place as a favorite. All day!

Food was amazing, service was eh okay, sat outside and they let smoking on the patio and I had my daughter with me. Was not ok with that. Bathroom has cleaning supplies all over around the sink and under it. Not safe and shouldn't be out where everyone can see and get to it.

Best Mexican food I've had since leaving California. We fed 8 people for a price that would shock you...the value here is amazing. AND we took 4 boxes home for breakfast the next day. I need these folks to open a restaurant up in Virginia! The 2-person fajitas are no joke for 2 people, the taquitos are fire, the kids burritos are fire, everything is fire. My wife (from Cali and super picky about Mexican cuisine) is hoping to come back when we roll back through from Disney.

First time visitors! The customer service and value was absolutely incredible. I ordered steak and chicken fajitas, hubby had a #22, both were delicious! We will definitely visit again when we are on the island.

Had a great meal at La Nopalera while visiting at the beach! Relaxed atmosphere. Mexican dishes using Parmesan cheese for a delicious new take on some classic favorites! Try it, you’ll see what I mean.
