When I walked in the door I was not greeted, no one said anything which I somewhat understood because they looked like they may have been busy. When someone finally said something and I went up to order, I was trying to to order an item that I had ordered online a few weeks ago online but there was no menu so I tried to explain to the gentleman what it was. He was no help at all being extremely rude not even letting me finish what I was saying. I didn’t even order I said never mind and lef. Very unprofessional and rude.

For ‘chain’ pizza restaurants in the area this is the best. It’s always hot and you can tell it’s fresh (which these days seems to be a rarity). The lady who answered the phone was also polite and helpful (another rarity these days). Delicious!

I came in, and there were only two employees in the store. I tried calling the store 13 times on my 25 minute drive, and only one was answered, but they hung up immediately. When I came in, I was the only customer, and the first thing I saw was a roach in a pile of dirt on the floor. The employee just stared at me instead of asking my order or greeting me. After I got home, I found 4 hairs in the first pizza, and the bottom of both crusts were burnt. I think a health inspection is due.

Horrible pizza! They literally just threw the toppings on top with out cooking them!!

The guy at the register was horribly dull and mumbled the whole time. There was no hot and ready available and it took 20 mins to get the food.

Just ordered 2 deep dishes both appeared to be cooked. The bottom and the top, but the middle of them is raw and doughy. Would not recommend this location until things change there

Two stars simply because they sure do make good pizza, but wow if this isn’t some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.

Very polite staff, Pizza is amazing, but it isn't bad either, especially for the price. The deep-dish is pretty good for Little Caesars. Overall, it's not a bad deal if you need to feed a party.

Pizza was a bit too crispy without as much sauce and cheese as I've had at other chain locations. Beaufort is sketchy in general at night, I saw strange characters and felt uncomfortable

Went there on Saturday August 26tharound 8pm and ask the young whit boy if they had mild wings and he said yes and grabbed it from the back and came back to the front looking like he was under the influence!!!! I paid for it along with a bottle of grape crush soda and a ranch dressing.. got home and started eating the wings and noticed that it was very spicy.. I called little ceaser and ask for the manager.. he came on the ph and I explained to him about the wings and also the cashier that looked like he was under the influence and he goes off being rude telling me don't talk about his employee and he refused to tell me his name <the manager on duty and I will call corporate on monday!!!!!! Very unprofessional and they all need to be drug screen acting like that making 9.50 and hour!!!!

my husband and i went to grab a cheese pizza and some crazy bread that’s all. it took 10 minutes which i expected, we got our food and left. i don’t know why i didn’t check the pizza before we left but i didn’t. we drive home, open the box and its burnt. tried to call the store 4 different times, it rang and rang and rang and rang and i never could get ahold of them and i was not about to waste my time going into the store again. i’ve never had good experiences here before but this was just the cherry on top.

When I walked in the place was extremely busy with only two employees working. The young man with the glasses and hair multitasked exceptionally. He was running from the register to the back boxing pizzas like his life depended on it. He made sure to tell everyone, “Enjoy your night.” When a customer started to become irritated and express his concerns, the young man said so politely, “Your online order isn’t scheduled to be ready until 5:54 pm. Please calm down.” The man did just that. I don’t know that young man’s name, but he’s running that store. He works extremely well under pressure and probably isn’t even being paid what he deserves. Keep up the great work, King.

Great service and the pizza was actually u cooked to perfection.

Ordering through the mobile app and actually picking up the pizza through the portal went great. Unfortunately, our pizza wasn't cooked all the way through, and we ended up having to cook it more when we got home and realized what had happened. It was fine once it was cooked all the way.

Love their pizza and don't have to wait for a long period of time.

Ordered at 415pm app said it would be ready at 445 wasn't ready until after 520 ... You know why ... They gave my order to someone else ...great job thinking that one through

Horrible experience. It took 5 employees 50 minutes to make 1 cheese pizza. Unbelievable. They did do a good job standing around looking confused.

I placed an order through the app for delivery. When I received my order and went to dig into my crazy bread and crazy sauce i smelled a sour smell coming from my crazy sauce container. Opened it up and there was mold on the top of it and both containers smelled sour.
