Love the doctor and his ma’s. He addressed every issue I had with my daughter and actually listened and told me what the next steps would be. She had a rough week and he immediately order blood work etc for her to see why she’s been breaking out. Him and his team are the best and I love him. No long wait, clean office. I love it. 10/10 for sure

I used Dr. Rafiq 15 years ago when my daughter was an infant and he was always on point and wise like an old soul but efficient and caring. Sometime along the way he merged with another company and the wait went from 10 minutes or less to up to 45 minutes to2 hours. The office grew so big and we saw less and less of him or his hand chosen PA's and NP's and more and more I didn't look forward to taking my kids now having another child a son to take there. The staff had in the beginning always been so knowledgeable and helpful and the bigger it grew and the more the Houston company took over the less I looked forward to taking my kids there. When I found out he had separated himself and started his practice down the road with the same name and the same wonderful staff and same level of efficient care, I told a friend about it and she took her child there and I took my son to see him again after having moved back to Beaumont from out of state for 2 years. We literally got a same day appointment and was in and out in 45 minutes and had all our needs met and then some! I love best Care always have and always will!

This is a well oiled machine. All of the staff are pleasant and the pediatrician has a very nice bedside manner. The clinic is clean and hardly any wait. Switching from the Orange doctor to Rafiq was an excellent decision.

I’ve been so impressed with Best Care Pediatrics since my family became patients of Dr. Rafiq’s this year. This past Friday, I had to call the office after hours as I realized what I thought was just a common cold for my three children was something more serious. Dr. Rafiq called me back himself and we texted pictures of their symptoms to him and he provided a diagnosis and prescription for them. I was so appreciative and impressed that he handles his own after hours calls. When we came in for a follow up he was so warm and kind to my children. His staff is wonderful and facilities are nice and clean. So impressed with Best Care! Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing Dr. Shahid Rafiq , he takes his time, answers all questions and goes into detail about any worries or concerns! Staff is also so polite and patient.

It was our first time here and they did not disappoint! From the front desk staff to the check out staff, they were so welcoming and kind. The nurse that brings us back and into our room was so nice and the nurse practitioner was amazing! The Dr even came in and said hello and made sure we left happy. I LOVE coming here! I have five kids with chips and this is the only dr I could find that would take them. It is always CLEAN, efficient, and the staff are kind and helpful, always with a smile and no judgement for have a Medicaid and chips insurance. They have this insurance because their bio mom passed away and this is their benefit, small as it is, that helps them with healthcare. I have worked in the medical field and also took my kids to another Dr that took Medicaid and it was filthy and the staff was awful! Healthcare is for EVERYONE, no matter their insurance. Dr. Rafiq and NP Sharon and our nurses take their time with the kids, two that are special needs, and help them feel comfortable and loved. I am grateful for that. Love surpasses all and kindness is always the best choice! ♥️

I came here after a bad experience with another doctor. Seriously this is the best doctor I’ve ever come across. I wish he was my doctor!! The staff is amazing and the front desk ladies are always cheerful, so nice, and they always look so put together with their beautiful makeup and hair. 🥰🥰🥰

Everything was great as always staff are always nice, and I never stay long when I go with boys of my boys to be seen by Dr.Rafiq who is also awesome . I used to go to Dr rafiq as a kid and my kids gone continue going to him

Absolutely hands down one of the best doctors for children. My two oldest sons went to a pediatrician out in Houston and aged out. I moved to Lumberton area and was looking for a pediatrician out here in Beaumont. I came across Best Care Pediatrics and boy am I glad I did. Dr. Shahid Rafiq is so nice, caring, extremely helpful, educated, and has a way with kiddos. The staff gave me a warm welcome, no wait time and made me feel at ease when my children were sick. Most of the time I get in the same day I call! The doctor diagnoses them and if medication was needed it’s given but he’s careful and not a meds pusher nor is he stingy with antibiotics or the needs to get better. I highly recommend.

Front desk has done it again, Yasmin went above and beyond to make sure my insurance would cover my kids visits. Turned a rough day around real quick.

The front desk staff was amazing. my concerns were fully addressed by the nurse and doctor. The staff was sweet to my children, I believe that it is important for doctors and nurses to listen to a parent's concerns and provide thorough answers. They do this here.

We are new patients here but after a very unpleasant experience with our last doctor we decided to give this place a try based on reviews and Dr. Rafiq is actually amazing. His staff is friendly and I really just love it here. Would definitely recommend.
