As far as gyms go, of course it did its job. But compared to other Planet Fitness that I’ve visited, there was much to be desired. The disinfectants were just on drums with a loose roll of paper next to them. On some drums there wasn’t even any paper. The machines weren’t placed based on exercise, rather it seemed to me like the placement was just spatial. Anyway, I’ll still give it three stars.

Love everything about this gym. It's clean, well kept, everything works, hydro beds are amazing after a workout, there's plenty of cardio equipment that actually works and isn't broken down, never feels crowded, Staff is super helpful and always friendly, locker rooms are big and has plenty of room... my only beef is they don't have a sauna. Other than that, this is my favorite gym -and I've been to many.

Mrs Chris was very professional and handle issues and had up most respect so I be a customer for life. Wish other stores would learn from her. Good job Chris I Thank You again

The employees make it so easy and comfy to be there. The machines always work and it's generally pretty chill

Super clean and a good environment to stay active. Best around 8pm when not too many people are there. Has showers and good locking rooms. Just bring a lock for your locker.

Joining Planet Fitness has been wonderful! I have so many machines at my disposal, as well as free weights. It is SO clean! It’s made my attempts at getting into better physical fitness more pleasant!

I’ve recently attended the Planet Fitness on 6430 Eastex Fwy in Beaumont, Texas and I must and will say it was the most horrible experience I’ve had at any gym. I will not be participating at any planet fitness ever again. Place was disgusting filled with dust all over machines like they’ve never been cleaned before, there is cracks in the floor panels all over that somebody could easily trip on. I go to do a normal exercise on a machine and it just breaks. And when I notify management, this red head lady(Chris) apparently the manager was rude and sassy. She avoided to complete any of my needs and treated me with a horrible attitude like she hated her job. I know some places you just can have one bad experience but I will not think that with some so called management treating their customers such way.

The club has a good variety of clean, well-maintained equipment. Atmosphere seems to be geared more towards the average fitness buff, so you don't feel intimidated by more hard-core lifters.

The wonderful lady up front, forgive my not asking her name, was so very sweet and helpful. It was my first visit as we start our nationwide travels. Thanks so much for putting a smile on our faces after a rather rough morning.

Has the equipment I need for a good workout and the it's not overcrowded so no waiting for equipment. The staff could be friendlier with a decent greeting when I arrive and leave. The monthly price is very good, so overall, it works for me.

Glad we are transferring to this club. Very Friendly staff helped me get setup. Very clean! Can't wait to get back into a workout routine again.

I love this Planet Fitness. It is the cleanest gym you will find and the staff is so nice and helpful. Nobody bothers you while you are working out, which I love! I would recommend everyone go get a black card membership here!

Always very clean and friendly. Theres plenty of equipment i very rarely almost never have to wait to use a machine or weights. I think it's totally cool that you can bring a guest to workout with you nobody really likes to work out alone. And not everyone can afford to pay to work out what may want to and so you can use that free guest to their benefit. I do wish that you were open 24 hours again!
