Room number 134 was dirty and had mildew and the commode overflowed when you take a shower and the lady at the front desk was ride and very unprofessional. My husband complain and they move us to 121 and it was a littler better. Your staff is not trained and the hotel are dirty. I will never stay again there. We paid a 119.00 it was not a pleasant stay. O enjoy the lady that do the breaksfast. She knows PR.

The place is GROSS. Extremely stinky smoke scent. Stained carpets, there was some dry milk+cereal in the nightstand table and phone. Remote control was sticky and gross. Overall I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here, and if you have too after a long drive, make it quick

Front desk was very rude. First gave us room 214 when I opened the door it looked like someone was still occupying the room! Went back to the front desk and gave us room 218 room is disgusting. I have stayed at a lot of hotels but this one BY FAR is the worst! Room wasn't cleaned properly. Super thin blanket. Carpet was damp and disgusting. Security was cussing and screaming at 2 am. Will never EVER stay here again. Contacting corporate in a bit. This is unacceptable!

If I had seen the room, before I had paid, I would not have stayed. The carpet was so dirty I never took my shoes off. I tried to sleep for a few hours but couldn't....rested for about 5 hours and got back on the road. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Pros: the woman at the front desk was very friendly, the hotel is pet friendly with exterior access, comfy bed, hot shower with good water pressure, breakfast included, right off the highway. Cons: it was a little sketchy. I arrived at night and was placed in the back of the building where as most of the guests were in the front. I got stared down by two men driving by, then had knocks on my door. I later saw it was some teenagers doing this. I notice they have security cameras but who knows if they work. For all I know those kids could've messed with my vehicle. These are my concerns as a woman traveling along, but luckily my dog is with me. The rooms are old and outdated and can use a little life. I was sneezing and stuffy the entire time which stopped as soon as I left. For one night it was ok for a last minute stop but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

If you want to breathe in copious amounts of mildew and mold, this is the place to stay. We spent one night of agony at this hotel that stank terribly with mildew, we even found evidence that they were burning incense in the room to try to mask the smell. The next day woke up coughing. I know this palace isn’t a place but it doesn’t have to be this dumpy. To top it off, the TV had no remote! Fix the mildew problem please !

This place is the most run down hotel I have EVER!!! Been too, I though Wyndham was a decent hotel name. The front desk lady was acting very strange. Both non smoking rooms I bought were filled with smoke scent. Sheets in both of the beds in both rooms were stained. The appliances in the upstairs room is very run down and outdated. Would not recommend staying the night at this place, ambiance not for children.

I have to say the lady who works the nights is the sweetest and nicest woman you’ll ever meet, she’s got A strong, kind and humble spirit about her and she’s destined for great things. Had a nice time here on a work trip, thanks.

Nice place. First couple of night had cable issues, was unable to take a bath because no stopper was provided. Stayed an extra night in a much better room all amenities I was provided. Until I saw the roach running across the table then another one running in front of the tv

The motel staff are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Had a great stay there and will only stay in this motel when I am in town.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and showed as if the last place in the world they wanted to be was behind that desk.. Room was decent looking on the outside but once we looked under the bed, FILTHY… I will not be staying at Howard Johnson again, they need to replace their poor quality staff in the front and maybe it would give their guests a more invitational setting.

Room are clean.Beds are nice except need big pillows instead of small ones. Water hot. Breakfast was great n so we're employees. Will stay again

Hotel is under construction and that isn’t discussed. My room door was broke. The room door next to us had blood on it. I had a nonsmoking room and the room smelled of cigarettes all over. My bedding was dirty, carpet was lifting. I checked out within an hour of being there because that was no environment for myself or a 2 month old. The lady at the desk was nasty and told me they don’t do refunds and even if I canceled I would’ve still had to pay for one night. This hotel is in no condition to be in operation at the moment. The worst experience ever.

We have traveled all over the US stopped here last night because of a huge back up on I10. We have never stayed in a hotel as nasty as this one floors are filthy had to use ice bucket to fill tank on toilet to get it to work and there were personal hygiene products from a past guest in one of the drawers will definitely never stay at another Howard Johnson

Room smelled. Had to wear flip flops because the carpet was so dirty. No towels in room. They take down breakfast earlier than they tell you. Lots of highway noise.

Stay was okay but the front desk rep abby was absolutely amazing , her spirit, her smile , the words she gives to people she is absolutely the best , will definitely be coming back !

We were in town for the Southeast Outdoor Boat & RV show at the Ford Arena for the weekend.. We reserved our room for 3 nights.. The shower head spewed water everywhere and soaked the entire bathroom floor, the bathroom light only worked some of the time, there were roaches running around everywhere after dark, the remote had to be held with two hands and held together to work, the lady at the front desk was very rood, we had to go to the office every night because our key cards would not work, and had to beg for clean towels after the first day.. I've stayed in several hotels but this experience was by far the worst. After we discovered the roaches in our room we requested a refund to go stay at another place but we were told it was non refundable.. I hope everyone else has a better experience than we did, we will never stay at this hotel again.. and we frequently come to Beaumont for shows. Someone needs to do something about this place..

The only good thing about this hotel was it has a nice bed though we checked for bugs first. Wouldn’t of stayed but we were tired from traveling

Only needed minimum because working long hours, no bath towels in room at all! Needed to wifi , didn't work and when I called, front desk said they had no idea how to get wifi. Burns every where in a non smoking room, balls of hair in the shower only a sheet on the bed , nothing else! I took pictures of the burns every where. Literally stamp marks on the furniture and the dude in a truck, I guess, security,told me ,park in the lines . There is a trailer upfront taking half the parkway. I wish could post pictures. I can't sleep . I am not comfortable. I will be tired at work tomorrow. This was not a good stay! Don't come!

The room was fantastic! It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and full sized fridge. Ramona, the day staff and the evening young lady were very sweet and helpful. Loved this stop on our journey.

Outdated computers needs to catch up with the current times and figure out facts and current events as well as past events before dealing with the public., customer service rates a 2 out of 10.

The front desk staff was very nice and courteous. The king room was inexpensive and the space seemed clean. There was a large desk and wardrobe but no table to eat at.. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was already on when I got there. That was nice. Several light switches didn't work leaving the room partially dark. There was a coffee maker and coffee making supplies in the room but the glass carafe was missing. I thought that was odd. More importantly, I didn't feel safe after dark when I had to go out to my car. Several guys obnoxiously cat calling and yelling obscene things from the second floor walkway made me wish I were somewhere else. I only stayed one night. When I dropped my keys off early the next morning the cops were there making an arrest and several ladies were yelling.. I didn't ask what happened. It was past time to go! There was a nice breakfast set up but I just dropped my keys and grabbed a black coffee on my way out the door.
