    Food could have been hot ND fresh wings are never saucy enough food burnt like dominos on college and services terrible like the omg super greasy and unprofessional and the door dasher I had said I had a woman coming to my house and I got a male at my door tall and said nothing my order wasnt verified or anything smh.

    Ordered online got there before it was ready got there sat until it said my order was ready then I see a worker leaving with a pizza I go to the door and they say they’re closed I sat outside for over 20 minutes just for them to say they canceled my order bc they THOUGHT I wasn’t there. And said they already gave it away to the worker I seen leave 20 mins ago with it. They are definitely stealing! Will never return to this crooked location.

    Don’t close until 11p.m. I called at 9:30 and they told me they close. Stop hiring dope heads to work. Last time I went in there to pick up my order, the whole building smelled like cheap weed. Done with Pizza Hut on College St.

    The tracking said that my pizza would be there at 6 pm we didnt pizzas until 6:38pm. when I called they didnt know what was going on and then came back and said give them another 15mins. The pizza was cold and super stiff. This is the first time I can say I was disappointed. We use them all the time and they always on point. Fast delivery, hot food and cant say new driver because its the same lady and we be tipping her good.

    Better customer service, I signed up for contactless carry out. The app asked for my vehicle description and where I would like my order placed in my vehicle. Well I sat and sat waiting no one came out. I decided to go in and my pizza is just sitting on the shelf. No one attempted to bring my order out. Had I not got up I’d still be sitting outside. That’s poor Custer service.

    The mozzarella sticks looked like they came out of the microwave, and even though I asked for extra sauce on my pizza it seems like I got the regular amount of sauce. On top of that, the delivery driver I had just stared at me during our transaction, not restating my order or telling me how much it was. This was a 2/5 star experience.

    They delivery drive lie and stool my pizza 🍕 and the Manger didn't give me any respect so I went up there and it wasn't nothing nice

    The employees at this location are courteous and the pizza is always good. We always do carryout and it's ready when they tell you it's going to be. Our favorite pizza!

    I Had enough for a personal pizza and the lady behind the kiosk was very friendly and said it be like that. As she understood it be hard sometimes to get that dough lol jk she didn't say that but it was great service

    I ordered a pizza I ordered half cheese and half beef but they made it all beef , I call to talk to a manager and they put me on hold for eight minutes so I call from my other phone and I been on hold for thirty minutes and he still didn’t come to the phone , this is a sad place to order pizza from and also they don’t have good customer service, the manager is sorry he didn’t even care to talk to me but I will take it up with the owner

    If you want your pizza in a reasonable amount of time try ordering hours in advance. My order was 45 minutes late even though I ordered 1 hour before I needed it. Don't try talking to a manager, they'll put you on hold until you get so mad you hang up. There are too many pizza delivery places to waste your time with this one

    Prepare pizza with ingredients as described!!! Meat Lovers pizza with extra cheese was unrecognizable!!! Ugh...!!! There was only 3 meats on it and definitively No Extra Cheese!!!, Which I Paid For!!! I know what it is suppose to look like! I order at Pizza Hut in Jennings, LA, and they do pizza as it is suppose to be!!! I Will Never Order From A Pizza Hut In Beaumont,TX, again! The Brownie; however, was delicious! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

    I’m pretty sure this dominos location was created as a joke just to see what they could get away with. Orders are always wrong they close an hour earlier than advertised. If I owned the place I’d fire every current employee and start over
