Renee the manager treats customers terribly.. They messed the order up and had records of the replacement order being authorized, yet she refused to swap out the sandwich for a item of exact value. Completely disgusting and rude. Ended up leaving without it anything because I couldn't take her attitude and ignorance for one more second. Usually my experience at all Chick-fil-A's is that they treat you good they try to serve you good food. However one bad experience and this ignorant manager refused to just do the right thing and correct the order. She shouldn't be a manager and really shouldn't work for a decent company. Seems better suited for low end restaurant.

This is normally a great place to eat. This past trip wasn't the best, though. The food tasted greasy and the fries were burnt. Even though there was no line, we still had to wait for a long time. I don't know what happened, but I hope it gets fixed. Update: We are here again, The girl we had was horrible. She had an attitude and acted like she didn't care. My order, came with a drink, but for some reason she assumed I didn't want a drink, when she didn't even ask. I ordered a number 1 meal. Once, again, even though it came with fries, she assumed that I didn't want them. This place is a disappointment.

Stopped in for lunch while out and about in the county. Ordered 8 piece nuggets, cottage fries and diet coke. Got honey mustard for the dipping sauce. The nuggets were hot and fresh not greasy at all. The chicken is tender and juicy with no dryness. Great flavor. The sauce is smooth with a little mustard bite on the back end. A good choice. The fries are crispy bit soft in the middle. Pretty good with an adequate portion. Service was great. Don't get discouraged when you pull in and the line wraps around the the building three times. It goes fast. I had my food in 15 minutes. Amazing process how they keep everything straight. Super friendly people take your order. Overall great experience.

Cashier was not listening, messed up our order and made us pay to fix it. They were very rude and upset about fixing the situation too. Upset with this whole experience

One of the girls working was racist I was waiting for my order for about 20 min and she was asking everyone about its order but for me she just put the order on the table and when I asked twice is it for me she didn’t answer and left.

It is in a mall so the dining area isn't under their control. Other than that great.

It is a good store got my order out to me fast and the food was hot but it was just alright.

Placed a mobile order for delivery. They charged me for the order but then sent me a message saying order couldn't process. I tried calling the store several times and they had a message saying they are not taking phone calls. So, I called the corporate help line and was told there is nothing they can do about it. That I would have to go to the store personally and see if they can do anything. They seemed perfectly fine with taking my money and not giving me food. And did not care to help me get my money refunded. They said they would put in a request and someone would eventually get back to me .... weeks or months they weren't sure how long it would take for someone to care enough to get back to me on this. Terribly run company! Terrible customer service! A terrible experience!

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers excellent service and quality food. The employees are always polite, and the chicken sandwiches are a delight. A great choice for a quick and tasty meal!
