Although the sign out front says El Pollo Chulo, once a week, on Sundays it turns into Tuty’s Scratch Kitchen and serves the most amazing authentic Venezuelan food in the metro. From Tequeños (Mozzarella stuffed rolls) Empanadas, Assorted arepas and a variety of over the open flame steak, chicken and pork. Everything is expertly prepared by Carman and her husband Luis. The staff is family, and the environment gives you that real Latin Familia vibe. It’s just wonderful.

What a fun place! Great neighborhood bar! We stopped in while we were in Dayton. They have a great beer selection and a great menu. We also met a number of really cool people and made some friends. Stop by by if you're in town, you won't be disappointed.

Decent wings, albeit expensive, but what isn't nowadays? Problem was with the bartending. Like other reviews mentioned you can tell that the regulars or friends get the attention. The girl literally stayed in front of the same 2 guys the whole time, didn't glance in our direction and I had to leave my bar seat to walk in front of her to get my beer filled after 10 minutes or so of waiting patiently. She still ignored me until the other bartender was done helping someone else then he gave me a refill. My beer would have stayed empty had I not went to them. I like to stay local but sometimes local only cares about the locals.

Love this little local bar. Great place to watch sports. Food is always good and drinks are always cold. Good atmosphere.

Very good food, wings, Reuben rolls, everything, atmosphere awesome, Scuba is a cool dude, he is always working, making sure customers are happy, very into your experience. Very friendly staff, 100% recommended

I'm giving it 3 starts because the bartenders mostly hlcare about there usuals and not really much about the new people, they didn't even acknowledge us and we waited for like 30min before we were told that is bar service

I really like this bar. Welcoming, and comfortable, a bit rough around the edges but very clean. Burgers and fish sandwich great. Guiness on tap.

This quaint tavern serves cold beverages from multiple sources in a variety of conveyances. Its classy atmosphere is reflected by the bar matrons who cheerfully serve an eclectic patronage; the likes of which bolster the kind of ambiance you could only expect to find in a renaissance oasis. This establishment far exceeds what any area near Dayton deserves.

Good local bar. I came in as a tourist, got a seat at the bar and the service was great - both for drinks and food. Reuben rolls were awesome. Exactly as it should be, a local bar who's bartenders don't know how to make a long island and give their best guess. It weeds out the Karens, and I can appreciate that. 4.5/5, would patron this place again if my car ever breaks down in Dayton, Ohio.

I love this place! Been coming here for a few years. Great service, their pizza is some of the best in town and they have a ton of great beers on tap. If you’re in the area this is the spot!

This place is outstanding!!! We were staying at the Tru and wanted some place local for dinner. My husband designed himself a Hawaiian Pizza and I had a burger and tots. The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is even better. This was exactly what we needed after driving most of the day and will be back when we are in town.

Pizza was half burnt, wings burnt, and the beer was Luke warm. On the positive the bartender was nice. They was not at busy either. If I dined in there is no way I would have excepted this food.

Tutys was delicious! I had their ground beef tacos and loved them. The service was amazing despite the large size of our group. I'd make the trip from Wisconsin again to eat here!

Great prices fun atmosphere we were from out of town so we're glad we found it the fried pork sandwich is phenomenal

Great Bar great atmosphere and good music. The crowd of people where my type of age group. All types of very good looking women where every where. My drinks where also great. I could actually tell the drink had alcohol in it which was great! Plain and simply a great place to go to socialize,eat and have some fun!

Great food and great service. Chicken, grilled cheese, pizzas, southwest eggs rolls, pretzel sticks.. everything has been awesome. WAY better than "W.e're O.ut" across the street!

Food wasn't great and they skip all your music if they're friends want their music. Lost $12 on touch tunes cause they skipped for friends. They had beer which is why it gets stars

Cold beer, lots of tvs to watch sports! Nice outdoor patio (didn't order food)...my only complaint was the music from the jukebox ...too much rap music playing (could be just us)...

Staff was friendly atmosphere was fun and clean. There was plenty of room inside as well as a large, nice outdoor patio area with corn-hole fun for some extra fun!! College age crowd for the most part.

Love this place. They have great wings and pizzas. They have a very good chocolate cake. The drinks are VERY good. Services is above excellent. Great pizzas and wings.
