The girl who waited on me was rude. When she told ne my total it was way more expensive than normal and I always get same drink. When I said something about she well tis the season for prices to go up. She needs to learn how to speak to customers.

I typically just get the house coffee... Pike Place or whatever seasonal. Have to say this location’s coffee is the weakest Starbuck’s coffee I’ve ever had. Coffee looks/tastes like tea. Not a one time occurrence... every time! Maybe the manager is cutting corners to save money?!? If you’re looking for typical strong Starbucks coffee, this is not the place for it!

Great coffee. But they lady who took our order was snotty and whispered comments about my friend and I to her co-worker. On her phone too. When they were busy.

I would give zero stars if I could, the barista Kelley was extremely rude & made it really uncomfortable to even order a drink. Severe Lack of customer service skills & would never recommend going here ever again.

Worst starbucks EVER!! Horrible service. Baristas are so rude. Espresso machine is ALWAYS broken. I literally never leave reviews but this starbucks needs a makeover, apparently new machines & baristas need to be trained on customer service.

I’m not sure if it’s because they’re inside a grocery store and not an actual solo store or if it’s because of the management, but this location is absolutely terrible. I love to get a coffee before I start my grocery shopping, but it seems like recently, every time I go there they’re out something major to the point that they can’t make most drinks, their blenders are broken, their espresso machine is out, or they can’t make hot lattes because something isn’t working. Just went there 2 times in 3 days, and the first day they had a sign that said they’re blender wasn’t working, so they couldn’t make frapps or cold foam. Went there two days later and their blenders were still broken, but now they also couldn’t make hot lattes! I’ve been pretty disappointed lately.

Fast. My husband enjoyed the coffee. Don't let the long line turn you away.

I have no idea what the other customers who left reviews are talking about. This is hands down the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Not just one of the staff members, but ALL of them are very friendly and always get my orders right. They are very personable and usually even remember my order. I cannot tell you how many times I have went to a different coffee place and my order has been wrong and it was a waste of money, or had terrible customer service. It might be a little out of the way to go inside on the way to work to get your coffee, but very well worth it. Thank you, wonderful employees!

There was one person working! She was taking the orders and preparing the drinks. She was so overwhelmed. My drinks where wrong and I didn't even get my croissant. I didnt want to complain to her. It's not her fault management can't schedule enough employees.

Does not open at 6am. Went to get a drink before an event in xenia, and kroger was closed.

My favorite baristas Zack and Bella always make me smile and make the best drinks ever, they always make their work environment enjoyable no matter what

I enjoy my early morning weekend shopping trips and treating myself a cup of high calorie coffee drink. My holiday favorite is the creme brulee. The lady behind the counter is always pleasant and makes a dynamite latte.

The woman with the blonde hair that worked on 07/25/2023 at 7:40am should absolutely be fired. She has a TERRIBLE attitude and decided to have a whole conversation with a customer about his trip to NY before even helping me. So apparently, she can be nice to CERTAIN people. And if a macine is not working, maybe have a sign up saying so to give the customer ample time to make an alternative choice, instead of being condescending when they are trying to make a decision. I wish I got her name, but of course, when you stop at Starbucks you think you'll be helped and leave in a decent amount of time, not stuck there waiting for the barista to finish their conversation.

I will say for any Starbucks, if you have time constraints and need to be anywhere in a hurry, use a food app or go thru the drive through. Have been standing in the lobby for 15 minutes after my order and still waiting. Horrible process for those needing to be to work on time.
