šŸ˜  I scheduled an appointment for a routine std test and it cost me over $400. I am insured through my employer and this is always a free service. Here is how it went. Backing out of an appointment with less than an hour before the appointment means you will be charged. in my case it was well over $10... I scheduled an appointment for a routine std test and it cost me over $400. I am insured through my employer and this is always a free service. Here is how it went. Backing out of an appointment with less than an hour before the appointment means you will be charged. in my case it was well over $100. I was told my insurance will not cover the preventative lab tests (fully covered on my plan) as they are a "retail healthcare" establishment. Of course, I did not want to loose the money for nothing so I went along with it and met with the nurse. The appointment was basically just a discussion about how much I would pay for each lab test. The bare minimum (urine test and blood draw for only HIV) was already hundreds. Out of curiosity, I inquired about additional testing. Hepatitis testing adds hundreds more to the bill. Other, sometimes recommended, tests requiring swabbing do not exist from what I was told. I was locked into a big payout from the moment I scheduled the appointment. In my opinion it was a scam and their practices are a threat to the overall well being of our community.

I don't normally have a bad experience with Zoom care but this past experience was the worst. My 76 year old father came to stay from our of town, caught COVID, and because he was on Medicare zoom care wouldn't take him despite my offer to pay out of pocket. When I talked to Medicare, they were super confused and said that there was no reason that Zoom Care couldn't take him as the usually practices do not come into play due to COVID-19. I'm super disappointed in the lack of caring and compassion in Zoom Care. Note to anyone on Medicare zoom care could care less about your issues, they will not help you.

Severely disappointed with my experience. Previously I had amazing PAā€™s. However my recent experience left me with a highly transactional and clearly new PA. They completely ignored what I was sharing about potential causes of my issue. Instead they misdiagnosed, overcharged and left me feeling really uncomfortable. Iā€™m disappointed this locationā€™s PA went downhill but adding a star for the excellent employee at the front desk who checked me in - THEY were nice.

Go ANYWHERE else, This place is a total scam. They charged me $240 just to have the dr, one Kathleen klunk, tell me that yes it sounds like I need lab work, and I should make an appt at a different location (of the same company) that actually does lab work. Well no duh lady, that's why I went to urgent care in the first place. Also be warned, the tigard location charges as emergency care not urgent care, which they also didnt tell me. I'd give 0 if I could, these people should be ashamed of themselves.

Went to get a prescription refilled because I am heading out of town and my PCP is not available on weekends. Was there at 3:05 for a 3:00 appointment. Not 3:06 (5 minute late policy). Would not see me. Glad this is not life saving prescription.

Im not the type to write reviews but if i could i would give this place a 0, dont go here, I had an appointment with dr gargi gupta and she was rude and did not know what she was talking about. Ive had PCOS symptoms since i was 14 years old and she made me feel very uncomfortable and unheard, she wanted to just put me on birth control to help ā€œregulateā€ my hormonesā€¦ she obviously knows nothing about PCOS. According to her that was the only thing she could do for me and got upset with me and started questioning me when i told her that putting me on birth control was only putting a bandaid on my problem and not helping me find a solution. Waste of time and have never felt so unheard and embarrassed will never come back.

Avoid all Zoom Care locationsā€¼ļø My husband went in for a 2 minute exam of the ear infection he's had all month and just kept getting worse, just for the doctor to say "No bacteria just give your ears another 10 days" he paid damn near $200 for 2 minutes of nothing. Had I gone with him I would've made sure the $200 was worth it. Frauds.

I had to fight through traffic to get here to beg for a prescription refill of seasonal allergy meds because I was told I need to show up in person to do this and it's closed. Business hours here and business hours on ZoomCare's site show they are supposed to be open. There's nothing posted about a change in hours and nothing indicating they are closed temporarily. What's the point of being an urgent care clinic that only takes online appointments? Extremely frustrating to deal with this and have to spend more time in the car to find another place.

They donā€™t have an X-ray machine. Super frustrating because we specifically asked for a place that could treat my husbandā€™s injury. The provider just walked in and immediately said we canā€™t treat you, we donā€™t have an X-ray machine. The issue with zoom care is both the basic staff and providers have very little experience. If you have strep throat this is probably your place, but anything else DONā€™T GO HERE! Totally a waste of our time and because of their incompetence, my husband needed more care than he would have if it was treated correctly quickly. Canā€™t wait for the bill for zero care. And zoom train your staff to have some basic medical knowledge about the care that will be needed.

Unprofessional! First! Really to make appointment online with sign up system! I have to call and take 30min with my throat couldnā€™t talk. Second! Important me and my son went to see the Dr and im pretty sure that we both have strep throat that happened every year in my family! But the test came out my son positive and me negative (iā€™m the one have worse pain) i do tell her double check! But she said Iā€™m having some virus and no medication! I feel horrible that I couldnā€™t eat , drink, swallow is painful fever high and just take tylenol that what they said I went to another urgent care and test again next day! I do have serious strep throat with infection. Iā€™m not recommended for come to that zoom unless you have basic problems! Well I thought strep throat is basic also but they couldnā€™t find out

Wow! We had such a great experience at the Zoom+Care!! World's sweetest PA--she was so kind and easy to work with. She helped my child feel very calm. Incredible job with the stitches!! I didn't think health care could be convenient, affordable, and pleasant. My expectations were blown away. Ya'll deserve every 5 star rating you receive!!! :) To say this was the best experience I've had in a medical setting would be an understatement. Thank you!!!

Angela Crothers is the most amazing Healthcare professional I have ever met. I went through a traumatic complication with my IUD, and she was extremely attentive, present to my pain, and generally a wonderful, caring human being. I have never met anyone like her before. She is deeply devoted to increasing the accessibility of women's healthcare. She is an amazing, caring human being. I am lucky for her help.

Went for the first time yesterday. Seamless experience, service was great and was surprised at how quick and easy it was. Will go again as needed.

Don't come to this location. The PA (Gupta) was unhelpful and arrogant. I had to beg her to review my prior blood tests. This location doesn't do any lab test or imagining. It was a waste of time and hope. I had serious symptoms, yet they couldn't do anything. You have to go to a SuperLocation.

Extremely friendly staff that patiently answered all my questions. It was the easiest doctor visit I've ever had! It was a smooth process from start to finish, very professional. Because the paperwork is done online I did not have to bring out my card at the end of the visit. I was able to go home with my medications and not deal with a third party pharmacy. My medication was even ready for me by the time I walked up front. I would highly recommend coming here!
