Sub par service and average sushi. With so many options including several other Mio locations that are better for the money spent, not sure why to visit this location other than convenience. Convenience only goes so far. We won't be returning, not a recommended spot, better options are plenty.

This place deserves negative stars for the awful experience I had here. It was my first time at this restaurant and location and I’ll never go back. We sat upfront for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and were flat out ignored. Finally I went up to a lady and asked if I could place a Togo order for 2 veggie rolls and she told me it would be an 1.5 hour wait. Seriously. They were busy but still I could’ve ordered online and had it ready for pickup in 20 mins. They quite literally refused our service for no reason. I’ll never go back.

Ordered 3-item bento to go. California roll and spicy salmon roll were tasted way too sour, too many vinegar. Worst sushi rolls I have ever tasted. Also, with two sushi rolls, I got two pieces of ginger and a tiny little bit wasabi. Never seen a sushi place so stingy.

After visiting dozens of times and always having a great experience, they hired someone incompetent. If you order an appetizer and later order your main course, you should receive the appetizer first. After about ten minutes, I asked to cancel the appetizer order. The main items were served.. Then the appetizer was served. This employee was new, but after six months of visiting often she had not improved at all. I stopped going for a few years, and came back. There was a new employee. The same set of things happened. Doing a decent job for the customer isn't something of importance.

Entered during Beaverton Saturday Night Market. We saw several open tables, so we were hopeful and asked about the wait time after we got our order in. The hostess and waitress (one person) said about 20-30 minutes. We thought, great! Only one problem: after 30+ minutes, she had not come to take our order! We left, and no one acknowledged our departure.

This place let me and all of Asia down. The rice was very gummy and the fish looked like it was put in a blender. Overly sweet and the tempura in the sushi tasted like it was cooked last week.

Been going there for years. I was disappointed tonight that they closed about 40 minutes early. I really wanted the bento box. Their sushi is fresh and made to order. Parking is hard to find. Update - Ordered go to last night food was good.

Great place to eat. Tasty food, friendly service. The lunch area little bit dingy. Little bit pricey for the food and atmosphere, for a lunch meal.

Was a little confused about bags of stuff on the empty tables when I came in lol but the food here is really delicious. They must season the rice really well or something because oh boy. I got the lovejoy roll, and it was real good!! Most people were using their outdoor seating since it was a really nice day out. Oh also I got their cucumber salad, first time I've seen a place make it with asparagus! It was pretty good!

Great food! The chicken skewers are definitely worth it! Bento boxes are awesome, and this place has some of the best inari. The salmon tasted a little slimy, but everything else up through the pot stickers was spot on.

While the sushi was good itself, there were too many other negative factors in the ambience and service. They close at 9:30pm and we arrived at 8:45pm for a quick dinner. The place was not very clean, and tables and chairs had already been stacked up. There was a sushi chef and one female server who took our order. She was not friendly at all. She spent the entire time we were there working at the register - doing closing or something like that. At 9:10pm she came to us with the bill and asked us to pay now because they were closing. No please, no smile, no thank-you as I complied. When we finished at 9:20, we said goodbye, and didn't get any response. We felt like she really didn't care at all and could only think about closing and leaving work. It was expensive, but the sushi was good quality. We won't come back here for sure.

I'm never let down by Mio Sushi. I've gone to a handful of their different locations over the years, and I've found the quality and service are typically great! I have only come to this location a couple of times so far since moving to this part of town, but already I feel the familiar friendly service I've experienced at other locations. I'd describe it as that server who gets to know you by face and your usual order or the little things you ask to add or leave off over the years, only at Mio I'm surprised when they remember me on like my 2nd visit. I've had that experience at more than one of their locations. Edited: still killing it with the friendly service that makes me feel like a regular.

High quality sushi at multiple locations. Although I haven't eaten at this location as much as I'd like, I hit up the Bend location almost every time I'm there. Great service, great food, great atmosphere!

Nice little sushi place. The food was hot but the taste was average. The service was good.

Mío Sushi has more than just sushi, which is awesome because my family loves sushi and it's not my favorite. I ordered ramen and an appetizer, it was actually too much food to eat but all super delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to a variety of people based on their prices and food!

Found hair in my food. Deep fried rolls weren’t warm/crispy, seemed like food sat out for a while before it was served to us.

For a mid-tier sushi restaurant, loved it. Ordered way too much food (2 rolls, champon, and bento box) and it was great (again, considering it's mid-tier; I'm not comparing this to bamboo sushi). Prices are fair and it's a low-key restaurant to have dinner with friends.

The "fried" rolls were served just as offputtingly tepid as the rolls that were supposed to be cold. Each roll was indistinguishable from the next. Sort of a beige blob of vague sushi flavor. Even the rice tasted entirely unseasoned. I am very easy to please with sushi, but this was absolutely the worst I've had. Honestly disgusting. Did the chef have covid or something? I've never encountered such lack of flavor. Avoid at all costs.

No real crab, or even KRAB. No deep friend rolls, soy sauce, or wasabi. Very disappointing after 30 years of loyalty. What is this? Fake salmon guts?

I ended up at this place because my original plan to go next door fell through (computers system was down & they couldn't seat anyone). Yes, this place took my group of 9 but the service was HORRIBLE which is such a shame because the food was good. They were more concerned with their takeout orders. We sat down at 6pm and had a show to catch at 7:30. Our orders didn't come out at the same time. Then they forgot about the last 2 orders which finally came out at around 7:15 pm. Yeah, thanks I'll just scarf down my meal now. They did try to make up for it by giving the 2 people who didn't get their orders a salad and edamame. But wouldn't it have been better if they had just gotten what they ordered?
