Waited for almost 10 minutes for my mobile order waiting by the counter- no one greeted me or anything. I noticed no one was working on any drinks and I asked the barista if they got my mobile order and showed her my phone. She said they didn't get the sticker and cheerfully made my coffee, but I wish someone had checked in on me instead of letting me stand there to waste my time.

I absolutely love the Starbucks and they’re friendly staff! I call at least once a week to order my mom‘s coffee since there’s a language barrier for her. And ordering it online is hard since it’s A super customized drink. And they’re always so friendly about it! Greeted every time you go in stores kept very clean and well-maintained by far one of my favorite Starbucks!

This is the best starbucks I've ever been to. The people that work there are amazing. They remember my name and order and are always friendly. Whatever they are paid it's not enough. They all deserve a raise. They truly seem to care. I can't say enough good things about them.

I love everyone there great customer service never had problems with any of my food or drinks. I usually always order to go or order before hand. It's quick easy and super nice environment.

After waiting 30 minutes for our coffee, we asked what the hold-up was? Well they did make our coffee in a timely fashion, yet there was a communication breakdown in letting us know. The lady that we inquired our query as to the long wait responded, "I was wondering why you guys were just hanging out here?" ...Yes we were hanging out with no coffee in our hands... They got our order wrong as it was. But they gave us fresh coffee with and extra hot chocolate for the kid.

The staff here are so nice! I accidentally spilled my drink in the store, they helped me clean up and made me a new one! Love their service 🙏🏼

My favorite Starbucks to go to in Beaverton. They make the drinks right every time.

Avoid this one! Service with a scowl. Paid for a vente got a grande. Made one of my drinks wrong, I Paid extra for the substitution. When I was going to bring this up to the employees, I was met with such looks as I thought why bother they couldn't care less. 9-22-23 @6:45 am

For a Friday they had smooth operations. Satisfying service.
