Somehow its always something at this locstion... this time it was the 0.25oz of guac with the guac and chips. Like.... for real? Update 5/7 Cold, half filled,wilted lettuce and paid for a drink I did not get. Wish this was not one of the few fast food items I can eat. This location is always a disapointment

Idk what is going on with this location but I literally got a cheesy Gordita crunch with nothing but sauce. Pay your employees more so they have a reason to care or something.

Out of all Taco Bell’s this one’s food always feels fresh and very hot. They handle the volume or the store well. I actually make the trip here and purposely avoid other Taco Bell’s because of how much a difference there is

I received an order that was missing items Through doordash. This happens on a regular basis and always hope it'll change everytime I order. Doordash never lets me refund the items I don't receive. Sara who is a shift lead during the night staff is very unhelpful and very rude when it comes to this. I am a GM at a nearby restaurant and thought she was very unprofessional. as a restaurant of any kind that does 3rd party delivery they should have some sort of way to contact Doordash or refund delivery orders.

the girl at the drive through today was so rude. didn’t say how much our order was then glared at us as she gave us our drinks and food then when i wasn’t sure if we got everything i waited and she rudely said do you need anything else! super rude garbage customer service hope she gets coached on how to talk to customers or try being friendlier

This tocobell was bad not to long ago they must of re staffed. Its way quicker now.. The manager lady is 100 used 2 reject orders regularly.

After waiting in the drive thru for close to 10min while at least 3-4 other cars were flashing lights and honking horns, I drove out and saw two employees leaning up against the window without a care in the world. Don't waste your time or money. Go anywhere else nearby.

I have got take out from this location many times. June 25th I got take out for my husband and myself. That night at 130 a.m. my husband got sick witj diarrhea & puking and so did I. I called today and asked for the manager. The person couldn't even understand me and asked for my number. I haven't heard back. I said I was comcerned someone else might get sick.

If walk-ins aren't a priority any more and you want everything on the app, then maybe staff that way. I waited in line at the counter because the app kept crashing. Woman finally said, "can I help you?" and then proceeded to tap her headset and walked away from me. She came back 6mins later. I asked her if she realized what she did. She said she had some in the drive thru. Well that was obvious. RUDE was an understatement, explaining it away, instead of I'm so sorry. How can I help you. That's what you get for understaffing and under paying...and prioritizing the drive thru. Pretty obvious my money isn't worth the same.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla nacho fries extra cheese sauces and 2 sides of pinto beans and lots of mild sauce. This is what I got: an unidentified burrito with a large chunk of pink/purple goo in the middle, nacho fries with none of the extra cheese I paid for, 1 side of Fiesta potatoes and 3 sauce packets. This was 2 weeks ago. I've tried to get In contact with them to show them pictures of the disturbing burrito but they won't email me back. I haven't gotten taco bell in years and now I remember why. I will not be getting food from them again.

Really fast and good quality, well distributed ingredients. Not stingy w the portions, at least when I go which is usually 12-4 am. Edit: I spoke too soon. Morning shift really needs to get it together. Every time I’ve gone in the morning, my order has been messed. Graveyard has it on lock. Morning is slacking.

The prices here are outrageous. $2.59 for one bean burrito? I didn't realize until I just looked it up that a Taco Bell 5 mi away in Portland has the bean and cheese burritos for $1.89... why is this one so expensive? For just my mom, wife & I it cost 35 dollars. I get 2 grilled steak burritos, my wife & mom get 3 bean & cheese burritos each (we add sour cream so that's another 60 cents each.) I can go to Qdoba for 3 huge burritos with multiple different options you can choose to put on your food that would cost the same amount. This place is completely ripping us off. We have come every Friday the last few months but definitely won't be coming back.
