Great place. It's just off the Tauber Radweg, more or less half way betweeen Wertheim and Rothenberg so well located. Stayed here on my Franconia Bike Trip. Cost around €15, this includes hot shower, good internet, toilet paper - these are often added to the price in Germany or you need your own (toilet paper!) so actually great value! I had a picnic table so was very happy and in a freshly vcut grass area. There are also cabins available. Cold beer and wine can be bought from reception, aorund €2 for 0.5l bottle of beer. Tables and chairs everywhere, very nice. There is a tankstelle (garage) in Weikersheim for col dbeer (or drinks) as well as Lidle and other supermarkets. Sorted.

Lovely campsite with excellent facilities. Beautiful location offering a safe site with security gate. Owners friendly and spoke some English. Can order bread to be freshly delivered each day. WiFi available throughout the site at a small cost. 5 min walk to local railway station and 20 minute journey into Bad Mergentheim which is lovely to explore.

Wonderful place, peaceful hideaway in South Germany. Cleanest campsite I have stayed in with great facilities. warm welcome and beautiful atmosphere throughout the campsite. 200% would Recommend!!!!!!!

We just happened upon this site in 2011 and went back again in 2012 We had a lovely stay,walked into the local town and visited the Weikersheim Schloss / Mansion. The sanitary block on the site is the cleanest that we have seen in a long time. The site was built by the owners and the main reception is an old converted barn. We will be going back again this year.

Excellent. Friendly staff. Loved the fact that they sell local wines. Good bread. Toilet impeccable! Lots is space on the pitches. Very quite camping. One small note: terrain in August was very dry. Bring a good hammer and strong, sharp tent pegs and a good sleeping bag (it was 7degrees at night). Otherwise was a perfect stay 🙂🙂

Probably the best campsite where we stayed in all Europe so far (two years ago). Excellent, clean facilities. Romantic place.

Excellent facilities. We slept in a 'schlaffass'. Really cosy, excellent matras. There were 2 chairs and a table outside our sleeping place which we could use and there was also the possibility to sit inside the schlaffass on a table.

Nice looking camping site. Alot of space for the cars/mobilehomes, not too much space for alot of tents. Pretty cheap!

Very great pllace and nice people. You can wash and dry yojr clothes. Small children welcome

What a fantastic campsite. The reception is so warm and friendly. The sanitaires could be lifted from a 5 star hotel. If you're camping, even the grass is perfectly kept and there is clothes drying and phone charging.

Fabulous spot with a nice area for tents. Everything you need is here: charging station, washing & drying facilities, as well as immaculate wash rooms. The owners put on a drinks reception in the purpose-built barn as the weather was bad!

Clean, friendly camp site. We were only doing one night during a journey, but it would have been nice to stay longer. Sanitary facilities excellent, and separate shower cubicles with space to keep your stuff dry while showering. Fantastic!
