Absolutely
delicious.

house:
Unfortunately
the
service
lets
this
establishment
down.
The
first
time
I
went
with
my
partner,
we
found
quite
a
large
shard
of
glass
in
our
Ezme
cold
starter.
We
are
not
the
type
to
complain
but
quietly
raised
this
to
our
waitress
who
immediately
took
the
plate
away.
Upon
paying,
we
realised
that
the
plate
had
not
been
cancelled
off
the
bill
and
so
had
to
remind
her
what
had
happened.
Baring
in
mind,
restaurants
could
be
closed
down
for
mistakes
of
this
nature,
I
was
surprised
at
her
unbothered
attitude.
I
would
have
even
expected
more
of
a
gesture
to
make
up
for
this
-
perhaps
if
we
overreacted
a
little
more,
they
would
have
made
more
of
an
effort.
Maybe
they
assumed
we
are
not
the
type
of
person
to
leave
a
review...
The
second
time
I
went
with
a
group
of
people,
two
of
the
dishes
that
arrived
from
the
kitchen
were
the
incorrect
order.
Being
English
speakers,
we,
the
guests,
were
blamed
for
this
miscommunication.
Alternatively,
if
the
waiter
had
double-checked
our
order
as
is
so
standard
in
the
restaurant
industry,
this
would
not
have
happened.
The
two
guests
sat
and
waited
for
their
food
for
around
20
minutes
whilst
the
rest
of
us
finished
our
plates
(which
were
delicious).
They
were
continuously
being
told
“just
another
two
minutes”.
Eventually,
when
the
rest
of
us
were
all
finished
and
wanting
to
leave,
the
two
guests
had
enough
and
tried
to
cancel
their
pending
food
order,
however
were
met
with
complete
hostility
and
were
told
it
couldn’t
be
cancelled
as
it
was
now
finally
ready.
We
were
forced
to
pay
for
the
full
meal
at
the
end,
no
apology
or
accountability
from
the
quite
rude
blonde
lady.
We
were
made
to
feel
responsible
for
the
mistakes
that
were
made
by
the
front
of
house
team.
It’s
such
a
shame
to
see
service
like
this,
in
what
should
be
a
really
top-quality
restaurant.
We
will
unfortunately
not
be
returning.
