The chicken burger was delicious, and filled with flavour. However the ribs seemed like they were boiled, covered in bbq sauce and very soggy. The steak was a dry well done steak and was ready within 7 minutes. Edible however not recommended. The chicken seemed boiled and looked boiled, and then quickly put on a grill. Very bland tasting chicken which was dry. Not recommended. The salad was withered and bruised. And coleslaw was drowned in mayonnaise. No one came to check if we were happy with our food or service, plenty of staff around standing around and chatting. Very Disappointing.

Went tonight for dinner. Ordered various meals. Told me to start they couldn't add a cheese slice to a children's burger as it wasn't on the till. Finally after a conversation they were actually able to ask the kitchen. Bought out the wrong starters. One starter came out with 2 slices of stale white bread instead of a brown bloomer. Mains were not too bad.

Horrible place please avoid. Week day, Tuesday, waiting time for a meal 55 minutes, one meal come 20mins before others, by the time my family got their food my one was cold. Poor service and good ish food ! Please avoid !

Sadly not a great experience at all. I visited earlier in the week walking into an empty restaurant. The first things that I noticed was the only staff member on, as I tried to locate her a few times but gave up. This was due to the lukewarm food or even lack of it at the hot food buffet area. I promise you the beans were not replace in the 60 minutes I was there..... My first visit to the buffet was to pick between the only 2 sausages left, the 2 pieces of burnt bacon, the tomatoes which were curling over they had been left for so long, the scrambled egg which were turning right in front of my eyes and of course the barely warm mushrooms. Everything else was very good, continental, croissants, cakes, teas coffees etc.... I have seen this at many Brewers fares over the years, and I get it in a way....... Just serve fresh...... No waste and everyone's happy. Never again!

Nice restaurant, plenty of parking and was fairly quiet when we went. Sadly the drinks machine wasn't working properly - some drinks and some flavouring not available Some menu items were unavailable, so for now just the 4 stars Staff were great Despite the limited menu options, we still found something good for all of us, including a vegan burger which was really good.

Quick service provided but it was quite empty. The chicken wings were cooked really well and had a nice crunch to the skin. The drinks were nice but they were missing some syrups behind the bar so had to change my order. Lovely staff.

Much improved since our last visit in May. We vowed not to return but our guests like the convenience of the venue. Service was friendly with a pleasant welcoming atmosphere as before. A great improvement was noted in the quality of the meal. Freshly cooked and well presented. Value for money.
