The park is very clean and well maintained. Has an abundance of things to do, such as fish, play on the playground, follow Pokémon routes, or just hunt the pokemon. There is also Frisby golf, land to play with furry friends and a YMCA with a Waterpark next door!

A first time visit and I was impressed. This Lake should be called a hidden gem. Surrounded by manicured neighborhoods, and we'll kept. A great family outing, or a first time date, heck a picnic day with your spouse. Either way it's beautiful.

Great refresh of this park. We spent an hour playing the 9 hole disc golf course which had us walking around the pond before ending at the new playground. There was a section specifically for young children as well as a bigger section for school age children. There are also several large canopied pavilions scattered about. I can't wait to go to a festival here this year. The new YMCA and it's outdoor waterpark look amazing! Can't wait to try it the lazy river 😁

Bedford boy's ranch has a large pond with extensive walking and running trails, multiple shaded gazebos, some with seating, some without, a good number of bathrooms, playground, the Bedford Center YMCA and Baseball diamonds. Pond has some unshaded seating around it and 2 docks to fish off of, feed the ducks, etc. There is a small disc golf course that surrounds the pond in the park.

It is nice to use but must be used before 7 am,after 7 am you dont see any body, because it is too hot and not enough trees to protect the users from UV rays

This place used to be one of the greatest Parks but after a 15 million-dollar renovation the lack of trees and shade is remarkable. August is going to make this park. The city needs a plant two to three hundred additional trees. Every single bench around the water has no shade. And banking on City gyms has never paid. Even the concert pavilion is strangely located in there is way too much blank space with no trees. One could say that's for kids to play but those fields are slope so there's no sports. It just very odd I know it needed an update. But this was not what I was expecting. The new building is awesome. The walking paths also need shade for the seniors to walk. Search trees along the walking path trees along the water and I will up my review.

Bedford Boys Ranch and Generations at Bedford Boys Ranch is on the edge of something great for Bedford. This little community‘s never had a downtown of its own and it’s always been hard to find its center of gravity. The infrastructure that’s going in is a dramatic change and improvement. Do we miss some of the old structures? Maybe a little bit but what’s coming is going to be truly amazing.

Perfect for a walk with family or pets. There’s a playground for the kids as well. You can fish, play Pokémon go (lots of pokestops), they also have a couple of pavilions so maybe you can have a little birthday party or something there. There are even bathrooms which is nice to have at a park you plan to spend some time in. It’s quite peaceful. I would say it could use MORE TREES though especially for the hot summers we have. I don’t feel there’s enough shade for such a nice big trail.

We love bedford boys ranch park! My kids always enjoy going to that park! The trails around the park are beautiful. the picnic areas are spacious. We have not been inside the facility but can't wait for the opportunity to do so.

Visited the newly constructed Bedford Rec Center, which is being managed by the YMCA. The facility is top notch and the Y appears staffed to manage the site. Weight and aerobic equipment is high quality. Indoor aquatics facility is well designed. Two full sized basketball courts, but also striped for smaller basketball courts and pickleball. Some concern has been expressed over the monthly rate, but given the amenities I feel they are fair.

The new remodel is great. A lot more activities and job opportunities for the kids. Great way to keep the kids out of trouble and helping them learn responsibility.

Great park despite it's small size. Aside from the rec center and pool, there's a nice lake with a trail for walking or jogging. The people we encounter there are very nice. Oh yeah, and there's plenty of pokestops and a few gyms!

Newly renovated. Much more spacious park. Lots of activities to do. Water Park was great during the summer.

Grew up there as a kid and every time they renovate it gets better. But this past one is one for the book. Amazing new facility/Y, from working out, to pickle ball, to indoor/outdoor water park. The upgrades to the entire park are impressive.

Great place for the family! Grew up here and have loved it the whole time. The July 4th show is always amazing! Looking forward to it's reopening and seeing all the new changes.

They are redoing it, the biggest problem I see is there are some trees, city cut down older trees they weren't supposed to. Plus they do have benches around the pond, but do not have any benches in the shade, all of them are in the full sun. So if ur out walking in the heat of the day, there is no place to sit in the shade, the benches are made of medal which has the tendency to get really hot to the point of burning your legs. They need benches in the shade. Pretty sad they cut down most of the mature trees and didn't think it necessary to put benches under the trees. Nice walking trail, but not for the summer. Need benches in the shade. Wise up Bedford this is Texas for Pete's sake. Not community friendly, plus there will not b a place for senior citizens at the new rec center. Two water fountains located on the other side of the concrete jungle. Live in Bedford but will NOT spend my money anywhere in Bedford. Seniors pay taxes too, but we get nothing. Do not go here, suggest u spend ur money elsewhere other then Bedford

Quiet and clean. Plenty of benches around the lake for resting and reading. Small playground for younger kids and picnic tables for families. Larger covered gathering area with plenty of tables and bathrooms. Nice lake area. Also, it's right next to The Bedford Center YMCA.

Generation Park is an awesome place to exercise, explore and relax. So much going on there with this brand new renovated park.

I went for a festival put on by the city and I enjoyed the park. I loved the view of the pond and how the park is built around it. The park allowed my 6 year old son something to do while others in my group were able to do their own thing.

I'm currently participating in the new construction going on here. Once done this place is going to be significantly better than it was before. Yes it's been a long process but I think the residence of bedford will very much enjoy it. Much larger facility, full size courts, activity rooms, massive pool area inside and outside, cool track to run and lots of other stuff will be implemented into the final touches im sure.
