Came here for my free trial and was served by Bas and Jeff and they were very polite and warmly welcomed and introduced me to all of the equipments that the gym offers. When signing up for the membership, they also helped us understand the details and explained the terms and conditions extremely well and detailed. Overall amazing service 10000/10

Nayli is amazing!!! Going the extra mile to help me find my work phone that I misplaced in the gym!!! Amazing gym, excellent customer service, clean amenities and brand new and advanced gym equipment - what more can you ask for!!! One suggestion is to instal a hot water section because sometimes, ladies need it during that time of the month haha something warm ;-) But all in all really awesome service!

Dexter and Nayni were very helpful with the sign up process. They offered me the student discount and patiently explained all the terms and conditions to me. Great service and highly recommend the outlet!

Signed up a month ago and just wanted to comment the outlet for the cleanliness and friendliness of the employees there. 85 outlet is on the smaller side compared to other AF gyms but it makes up for the lack of size with the big smiles and welcomes you get from the employees upon entering the gym. Wanted to personally thank David for helping me choose a plan suitable for my needs, cheers.

The customer service was very good and explained the protocol very well. Joined under promotion period and paid cheaper compared to the normal price. Highly recommend this place for the beginners.
