This is the mess left behind people partying at East Coast Park, this is just a glimpse. Sharing some photos with the mess and after cleaning up. Let’s be considerate to other park users and cleaners. This is the worst I have seen more than a year.

Good length jetty to walk, bike, run or go fishing down. Located off the walking track nearby. Perfect for watching the sunset, admiring all the ships in the harbor or watching the aircraft land. Toilets near by. Food market close by also. Easy 20 minutes walk from bus stop

Makes for a great pitstop during evening runs/jogs/walks, or just a nice place to enjoy the sea views. Usually nice and windy, it also has a few covered shelters in case it starts raining. This is also frequented by many as a catch-and-release fishing spot. Overall, a perfect place to view the morning or evening sun, or just to take in the sea breeze.

Great walk along East Coast. Beedok Jetty was busy with anglers relaxing/picnicking with friends & family, patiently waiting for the fish to bite! Also came across colorful parrots getting their Sunday morning outing at East Coast Park

Great place to chill at night! We cycling here using the Anywheel bicycle from the Changi terminal 2. We love being here just to listen to the sound of the waves and the breeze just blew away our tired working days! Definitely a nice place to hangout with friends and family. Saw there is a lot of night walkers coming here to catch fish and bring their own food and lazy chairs here just to sitting there to chitchat and leisurely!

It’s a must passby place in East Coast Park if you are going to the hawker centre. Good for catching sunrise. But sunset is not too bad if you are catching the different skyline.

Love Bedok jetty! Great place to chill. Nice breeze and great view. Lots of stone benches to sit on. Also, lots of people fishing there. Gets a bit dark at night even with the provided street lamps there. A must visit when at East Coast park! There are public toilets near the beginning of the jetty.

It's crowded ah. Nice ah. But crowded ah. Maybe cos I go during peak hour ah. But nice ah can see sunset. Careful when turning in while cycling cos the path is quite narrow and you need to do like a sharp turn. A lot of activities here. People seem to like fishing and just chilling. And cycling la

After walking down most of ECP during CNY holidays, this stretch of beach around the jetty was incredibly tranquil-so many less people, wonderful breeze, atmosphere, quiet, old trees, beautiful greenery

Great place to go fishing with kids. You'll likely catch very small fish which can be thrown back in.

long stretch of jetty for walking biking talking chilling uh basically anything you can go back in the park. not much to see from this, just people catching humongous fish and accidentally dropping them back into the water because of excitement. anyway, just a long jetty where you can enjoy sea views and cargo ship views. at least better than west coast park located right next to a port

Bedok Jetty is well known for its beautify scenery and fishes. This place is home to the Tamban Fish. It is fun and easy to catch Tamban fish (Herring family). Simply get yourself a Trusty Tamban rig, attached to a rod and you can start catching the fish. Bedok Jetty is also filled with many other types of fishes. Contra to what many are saying that this place has no fish, it is loaded filled with fishes. Some of the largest fish in Singapore are caught here at bedok Jetty. Big catches here include Stingrays and large Garoupas and Snappers. You just need to be patient and use the correct lures and Fishing Rigs.

Still one of my favorite places in Singapore. A great starting point to an early morning or evening run to clear the mind.

  • 3/5 Ricar T. 1 year ago on Google
A lot of people fishing small fish 🐟, not sure if that's is allowed. Otherwise nice spot at east coast.

  • 5/5 Drunken D. 1 year ago on Google
Really nice pier to visit and view the ships. Shade is practically nonexistent The fishermen there were generally nice and approachable. If you plan on fishing there, just fish where everyone else is fishing. Pier can be breezy at times.

Bedok Jetty in East Coast Park is a wonderful place where lots of people go to have a great time. One of the best things about it is the cool sea breeze. When you stand there, the wind makes you feel so refreshed. It smells a bit like the ocean, which is lovely. Many different people come here - some to fish, some with their families, and others as couples. You can make new friends too because everyone is friendly. East Coast Park has many fun things to do, like riding bikes or eating tasty food. Bedok Jetty is a special place where you can enjoy nature and meet new friends.

The jetty offered a picturesque experience with a beautiful sea view, illuminated ships, and a soothing breeze. The recent renovation enhanced the space, providing ample seating areas. Ideal for cycling, fishing, and casual hangouts, it proved to be a serene spot, combining scenic beauty with recreational options.

  • 5/5 Supreet K. 5 months ago on Google
Beautiful spot at East Coast Park. You’ll find folks fishing at most times of the day. Lots of spots to sit and do plane & ship watching. Perfect to catch a sunset and full moon!

  • 5/5 Wayne S. 4 years ago on Google
A wonderful spot to cycle to and to fish at. Weekends tend to be crowded with hobby fishers but it forms a wonderful educational experience for young children to see first hand fishes and how they are caught. Most of the fishermen are generally quite friendly and are willing to share about their hobby to adults and children alike. As a jetty, it sticks out a fair distance away from the shore and affords nice perpendicular views of the eastern coastline. The view looking westwards is particularly charming. If you’re in luck, as a double bonus, rainbows might form after a mid-day shower.

One of favourite locations for locals to fish and cycle along. Bedok Jetty was originally built by a local businessman Mr Yap Swee Hong at a cost of $1.5 million in 1966. He did this to facilitate the importation of scrap metal from the Americans who were engaged in the Vietnam war at the time. It was built in the reclaimed land of East Coast under the East Coast reclamation.

Fishermen paradise. Every single one has laid out their equipment along the perimeter of the jetty. You will find white boxes here and there, as well as dozens of fishing rods attached to the railing. They look aept, seem to have been doing this for years. Wind blowing to your face. Evening stroll recommeded. Cyclists wizzing past here and there. When the light go down, and the wind gets stronger, you start to appreciate the beauty of staying still and observing. Creates an inner calmness in you. One of the least crowded spot along the ECP. Nevertheless, they begin to dissipate right after sunset. Can spot planes occasionally. A vast network of ships harbour right outside the coastline.
