This is one of, if not, the worst sonic i have ever been to. Ordered 3 combos. Ordered them and was very specific about what was supposed to be on them. They messed 2 of the 3 up. Some of the items were cold and some were stale. The carhop kept my receipt had to call and get it back. Sent food back and they messed it up by forgetting an item and had to get it back again. They offered an ice cream cone which they forgot. Then they forgot to give us straws. When i asked for them the girl gave us grief about it. Left without the ice cream because i was fed up. Food was half awful tater tots were decent. Burgers were truly terrible. Soda was flat. Please try somewhere else. I mean sonic has other locations nearby take a drive.

The burgers were good but cheese tots hardly had any cheese. I have not been the biggest fan of this location or just about any Sonic lately. I miss when this location always seemed to have the best fast food in Beebe.

I know I know five stars for a Sonic, look when you’re comparing apples to apples does sonic is just as good if not better than any others and they even have a big fenced in area if you need to put your crazy kids somewhere. So hey, if you’re looking to go through a drive-through sonic or a pull up, Sonic or Sonic where you can sit down inside of a chain-link fence this is definitely your Sonic! Beebe you’re doing it right.

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake and had to tell them at least 4 or 5 times what I wanted. And they brought me a vanilla shake with whip cream and gramcrackers on it with a cherry on top. And the music there is awful and too dang loud. That's probably why I had to tell them 5 times. I didn't know they got my shake wrong till I was down the road. Made me mad , but I went ahead and drink it ,and it made me sick.

Online order was lost. Tator tot order was cold.. had 4 tator tots mixed with cold fries. Breakfast buritto was 2 inches long -rolled into a ball. I should have taken a photo.

the drinks always suck. Never stir my cream slush or oversaturate the kids slashes with not enough ice. go to Cabot

Food has been cold last three visits. Things I've asked to be added on has been left off. I even used the sonic app to order ahead and put time of arrival. Food wasn't even ready. Food wasn't started till I got there. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after giving them 15 minute arrival time. So no use of ordering ahead that day. Quality of food hasn't been good like it use to be. So I haven't been back.

Beebe sonic has reached an ultimate low! Wrong order on top of half eaten food. I turned around and Summer informed they were eating while they passed out food. When I stated Arkansas should have a law covering everyone under a lunch time she stated that don’t happen 🤮 I’ve saw some nasty things but this tops my experiences!

I always have such a great experience at this Sonic! If you are debating on where to go and eat, this location is actually the best. Car hops are all very friendly, no matter what the situation. Food is delivered fast and is always fresh and hot when recieved. So choose Sonic when you need a fast meal or if you just want to eat and hang out.

Ordered a combo meal, a sandwich and a drink and only got the 2 sandwiches and a drink. They charged me the full total and not what it would have cost for the 2 sandwiches and the drink. Customer service was very rude and didn't care what we had to say.

Messed up order... Didn't give receipt. Paid $6 over and was short a double bacon burger.... Fries cold. Burgers cold. Just not a well run establishment. Should be shut down.

The service was fast enough but the food was was cooked was past it's hold time and should have been thrown away and cooked fresh

About 50/50 with this location its rare when you get a decent amount of toppings on burgers. The reason their food stars isn't a 3 is because there have been multiple times I was given the entirely wrong item. Tonight I ordereda trick or treat vanilla blast with added carmel and instead I got a chocolate trick or treat blast with added fudge. If you eat here definitely triple check everything before leaving!
