This would be my worst experience with a service provider. They've got beautiful pictures on the internet and infact, the exterior of this place is good. An a average 3 star exterior with a mini garden and somewhat spacious car park. In all the 3 rooms I rotated, non of the TV's worked well and you could only get access to two scrambled channels. If one worked, it had lots of irritating pauses. The heaters never worked, wall sockets were faulty and the toilet looked unkempt. The receptionist for night carried an unpleasant aura. Never smiling. As though the guests were demanding so much. Food was a no no for me. Had to order from town. I actually returned one meal. How do you put bread and baked beans in same plate? What if I don't eat baked beans? I actually don't. And they charge as a mid-average hotel in the capital (Accra) would. I hope management gets this and make done changes.

Their customer service is so poor. Then their service as a whole is very poor as well. I will not recommend.

Very nice facility with very poor customer service delivery. The management and staff lied to us on what we choose for a contract, and as a result, we refused to stay even though it was late and we were tired. If they wanted our business, the least they could do was to be honest with us. Lost of repeat business opportunity

The hotel has a very serene environment with a spacious car park with awesome customer care they also observe all covid 19 protocols in this country

It is place l will always choose to be. There services are excellent and the customer service is unique. Staff are always at your service irrespective of the hour. They management of the hotel are doing so well. I strongly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax and be served. The manageress Asantewa, Eben, the Chef, restaurant staff and all the others were fantastic. My wife and l spent four nights there and we really enjoyed our time. My wife has therefore decided to make the hotel her first choice any time we decided to take a break from home. We love you and we will continue to tell everyone about the hotel.

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs. My interaction with the hotel's management has been profoundly disappointing and deeply disheartening. Despite proactively communicating my concerns (breakage of bed amongst others) via email, I encountered an unsettling lack of acknowledgment or response. The subsequent conversation with the director, Eric Mpare (over telephone a week after my departure) exposed a disconcerting reality - my grievances were not only brushed aside but prematurely shared with the staff before any constructive dialogue could occur. Eric's candid admission that my email hadn't even crossed his radar, combined with his evident inability to articulate a coherent standpoint, starkly highlights the glaring chasm between their outward appearance and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. While the hotel boasts a visually captivating structure set in an enviable location, its stark inadequacies in both facilities and management render it a woeful disappointment. It's abundantly clear that the veneer of hospitality and hotel management skillfully projected by the establishment is, regrettably, nothing more than an elaborate facade. This disheartening revelation prompts me to earnestly advise the investors of this facility to promptly relieve the director of his duties, given his stark ignorance and glaring ineptitude, in order to salvage any potential for genuine improvement and sincere guest engagement.

This hotel is quite affordable, I love the view and the service. There is a porter to help with Luggage.Comes with breakfast.They also have a restaurant.
