My
interaction
with
the
hotel's
management
has
been
profoundly
disappointing
and
deeply
disheartening.
Despite
proactively
communicating
my
concerns
(breakage
of
bed
amongst
others)
via
email,
I
encountered
an
unsettling
lack
of
acknowledgment
or
response.
The
subsequent
conversation
with
the
director,
Eric
Mpare
(over
telephone
a
week
after
my
departure)
exposed
a
disconcerting
reality
-
my
grievances
were
not
only
brushed
aside
but
prematurely
shared
with
the
staff
before
any
constructive
dialogue
could
occur.
Eric's
candid
admission
that
my
email
hadn't
even
crossed
his
radar,
combined
with
his
evident
inability
to
articulate
a
coherent
standpoint,
starkly
highlights
the
glaring
chasm
between
their
outward
appearance
and
genuine
commitment
to
guest
satisfaction.
While
the
hotel
boasts
a
visually
captivating
structure
set
in
an
enviable
location,
its
stark
inadequacies
in
both
facilities
and
management
render
it
a
woeful
disappointment.
It's
abundantly
clear
that
the
veneer
of
hospitality
and
hotel
management
skillfully
projected
by
the
establishment
is,
regrettably,
nothing
more
than
an
elaborate
facade.
This
disheartening
revelation
prompts
me
to
earnestly
advise
the
investors
of
this
facility
to
promptly
relieve
the
director
of
his
duties,
given
his
stark
ignorance
and
glaring
ineptitude,
in
order
to
salvage
any
potential
for
genuine
improvement
and
sincere
guest
engagement.
