I didn't stay at this hotel but visited a couple of times with my husband and daughter . Open to the public. Very clean. Nice pool and less crowded . Really nice restaurant with buffet ...nice drink & food selection. Prices are fair. There was an employee by the name of Prince who was my server ...very polite and professional! He provided excellent customer service....the best in Kof town!!!! Thank you!

I used a superior room and had no problems. The TV, AC, shower, hot water, fridge all worked. The bathroom was neat, the bed was cozy, security was good. The food was also good - I love the assortment of bread and the apesie served at breakfast. I will definitely be back.

Their internet connectivity is amazing to start off with, I really enjoyed several movies on Netflix while relaxing in the neat hotel room. Rooms are not bad, bathrooms have large showers which I absolutely loved. However their restaurant services aren't that great. Breakfast buffet trays were always empty by 9am meanwhile breakfast was supposed to end at 10am. I don't know what they were saving the rest of the food for. Overall its not a bad place to spend a night or two.

The presence of this hotel changed the face of the hospitality industry in Koforidua as it introduced stiff and healthy competition to the traditional old players such as Capital View and Mac-Dic Hotels. It’s location, just as you enter Koforidua from Akwapim Mountains, is very strategic. The buildings exude aesthetic freshness and modernity and the environment is always serene. All their rooms are soothing and provide patrons with the peacefulness of mind.

The room was neat & clean. The air conditioner didn't work well & I didn't like the fact they couldn't provide an iron. Had to use laundry services to iron my wrinkled clothes & pay for it. At least give me choices. Would have preferred to do my own ironing. Also requested a 3am wake up call that never came. Food & restaurant was good.

It is situated at a vantage point with a serene and quiet environment enough for relaxation and rejuvenation. They've got clean rooms and welcoming staffs. Their service is quite expensive though.

Nice place but rude staff, right from the reception to the restaurant to housekeepers. The management should train staff in customer care and actually sack someone as an example to the others, especially, the female workers.

Be prepared to be gaslighted if you make a complaint! I was served rotten chicken and all the wait staff did was to gaslight me and blame my taste buds. Dinner took about 40 minutes to be served.

Overall great experience. Unfortunately when I got there they’d lost my reservation but they were able to put me in the executive suite and it was a reasonable cost. The room was clean and the other facilities were nice. The front desk ladies were nice and courteous as well. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Its always a joy to be here. Stopped over for breakfast, buffet style with Ghanaian-type meals. It was great. Then we had a luncheon for my organisation. Service was on point. Food was delicious.

They have good rooms & the location too is on point. My only challenge with them is their food & the amount of artificial spices put in the food. Something should be done about that. My take though. Thanks

If there's any hotel I would love to visit over-and-over again it's definitely gonna be Eastern Premier.. I mean; I loved their Environment, Room, internet connectivity, food and above all their Staff.. They treat you like a King.. They treat their guests with some sense of value, respect and dignity.. I have been to many hotels but you stand tall.. I never had the opportunity to meet any of their top management Staff one-on-one but from the reception to "Okai Kai" cafeteria they have been able to incorporate some spirit of hospitality in them all.. Top notch Hotel by all standards.. I'll definitely come back again or pay homage whenever I visit the Eastern Regional capital..

Tasteless meal, to be precise, their special fried rice. And it's costly too. Poor food presentation, I mean the package in which the rice was put looks like you bought the food at the roadside.

Very spectacular hotel....so serene..... but I just didn't understand why I had to wait till 2pm to check in cos their check in time is 3pm....

Very calm and serene place to relax. They have a very big conference room as well. Their Kenkey and charcoal grilled mackerel, Hausa Koko (porridge) and koose for breakfast were my favorite.

The hotel has clean rooms, a swimming pool, large car park with a restaurant which provides a good variety of Ghanaian and continental dishes. The staff may need to ensure rooms are supplied with fresh bath towels.

Great place for conference, training and workshop. Conference room we used had excellent audio visual facility to enable virtual participation in the meeting. Internet was good and staff are friendly.

This delicacy right there, was my favorite; it was served along with hot chocolate and almost had me begging for more. The service delivery was excellent; particularly Prince and Thelma. Thumbs up to you guys! I'll definitely be visiting again.

The room was very spacious and tidy The service from the staff was a 10/10 I loved the breakfast buffet..I wish there were more options to choose from..but the meals were delicious!

A very good hotel in the Eastern region of Ghana which accommodates huge numbers. An ideal place for conferences and weekend getaways. Swimming pool, great restaurant with good food and very good service. Cost is primed for the middle to upper class and institutions.

A very nice and beautiful place inside the regional capital of Koforidua, an executive suit hotel with good services, one of a kind if the not the biggest in the city, everyone can be there based on what you can afford, visit this place and thank me later in the comment section.

I misplaced an item and staff were so involved to help and swiftly too...it was found with contents in tact. The food is good...clean rooms, polite workers and safety conscious..I will definitely visit again!

Great location. The Deluxe room is very spacious. A large restaurant with some great food at times. I particularly enjoyed their fufu and light soup and the tomato stew. Generally, a great place for a three-star hotel. I give it a thumbs up

Everything about this place is perfect for me. I would have given the room 5-stars but because my air conditioner refused to function for some reason, I will give it a 4-star. Aside that, the food was perfect. They always serve a wide variety of food from local to foreign. The staff are also friendly especially those in the restaurant (A special mention-Madam Eunice, Prince and Benedicta). I will however recommend that they do away with the table covering on the dining tables and replace that with an "arty" place mat. The cloths make the place look stuffy, the tables have a nice finishing and do not really need to be covered. There's a functional gym and pool. If you're using a wheelchair, don't worry because the architecture is wheelchair accessible. The conference rooms are also big enough to host a large number of people.

I enjoyed my stay there , the rooms were neat and spacious. Management should try to put in an access control on the main entrance to the wing apartments , strangers can easily access the wings easily. Also a copy of the restaurant menu should be placed in each room for easy reference.

Not top notch as I expected. The walls of the room was dirty. Bathroom tiles and bath accessories were dirty, not pleasant to look at. No hot water for shower. Handheld shower wasn't functioning..management should do better with cleanliness. The room and walkways had a modern touch.

Beautiful place at a good location. Only the washroom was not kept neatly. But for the rest it was good. The price is bit high with the total hotel experience.
