They were so nice and spent a lot of time explaining our options and making sure we got the best rings possible. Everyone who works there is so personal and engaging! They seem truly invested in their customer’s happiness. My engagement ring is a vintage ring with a unique shape so finding a band to fit was a challenge. I chose to have them make a band specifically for my ring, which was the more challenging option. I knew it was a bit of a pain, but they did it FLAWLESSLY and without complaint! These people are miracle workers!!!!! Stupid me took my wedding ring and bands to a different jeweler to be soldered together, and they completely BOTCHED my ring!!! I have a nice Pulsar watch that recently stopped working. I took it to LaBiche Jewelers. The owner, Steve, explained what was wrong with the watch and how to fix it. I asked a few questions and Steve patiently answered; he is clearly an expert on watches. Steve was honest about my my options and the costs. Since the watch has sentimental value, I elected to fix it. Steve sent the watch out for service and kept me updated on its progress. The watch is now ready and I am 100% pleased. The cost was far less than I expected and the service was wonderful. I give LaBiche Jewelers my highest recommendation.
