I just recently had some work done on my wedding set and I cannot say enough good about the entire experience. I live out of the Boise area now and brought them in while I was in town, then they shipped them (very securely!) to me with overnight shipping. Alden was so helpful, thorough & all around amazing to work with. The entire staff kept in touch with me through the whole process & I had my rings back within a week, even with shipping. Hands down the best jewelers around!

Lee Read and all the staff made shopping for a ring enjoyable and stress free. I went in very nervous about looking at rings with my partner. Brian, made this process extremely relaxing and answered all questions Carla and myself had. After our purchase of a beautiful ring there was some work that needed done getting the size correct. This ring decided to be stubborn and difficult to resize. The issue with resizing was not at the fault of Lee Read and they went to all measures necessary to get the ring to fit perfectly on my partners finger. Alden at Lee Read was amazing! So knowledgeable and great people skills. I knew that I was leaving my ring in good hands. When I dropped off my wedding ring and band to be resized, they carefully inspected everything and sent me home with paperwork that had pictures of the jewelry that I had left. It was ready sooner than they had told me and they did a wonderful job. I loved also that they checked back within a few days after I received the ring to make sure that I was happy with everything. Great customer service skills at lee read!

They sold me something really expensive…. But regardless!! All jokes aside Brian is your man when it comes to getting the perfect ring. He helped us out and took the time to answer all of our questions. I went with an A Jaffe designer band and a fire & ice diamond. This is not your cheap mall jeweler, this is some place special for your special person.

Lee Read Diamonds is honestly like nothing I’ve seen before in a business. They truly care about every single one of their Guests and make sure they help you in any way they can. I’ve visited a lot of stores that tell you that they think of you like family but never act on it. Lee Read does! They welcome you as one of their own, whether you buy from them or not. When you walk through the door you are immediately greeted by a staff member, and are offered a beverage while you wait for repair or are looking for jewelry. They do not pressure you into buying the most expensive item and want to make sure that you find your diamond. They have frequent events that I love going to, to see all the pretty jewelry and they always remember who I am. I personally, have not found my wedding band yet but the staff here are going out of their way to help me through this extremely important decision while not rushing me or showing me items way out of my budget. They have also given me lots of advice on how to purchase my wedding band and have lab grown diamond educational material available so that I know that I am always buying a natural diamond and will never be wrongly sold a lab grown diamond. I feel comfortable knowing that I am in good hands and that I will always have a place to go to in the future for my jewelry purchases, cleanings, repairs and friendship. The Ring Doctors at Lee Read are amazing! Their workmanship is superb. It’s more expensive than in other places, but is worth every penny. I had a couple of rings fixed there because other places did a poor job with my desired design. The Ring Doctors pay a lot of attention to make every detail perfect. The customer service in the whole store is wonderful, they make each person feel very welcomed.

I went in for a simple prong repair for a loose stone on my engagement band. I was initially told I would need to wait a week for the repair but was so thrilled that it only took them 30 minutes and cost me only $60. Reba was amazing and walked me through the whole process and explained what she was doing and why. She was super friendly and an amazing consultant for the repair. I believe the jeweler who did the repair was Sung and he did an amazing job. My ring looks amazing and I'm so glad I didn't have to part with it for a week. They were so professional during the whole process, and Savannah checked me out at the end and was super welcoming and kind. Her and Chanel both were amazing and friendly. I needed something for my 20th wedding anniversary. From start to finish my experience with both Lee Reed & The Ring Doctors was exceptional. I went in to upgrade my wedding band. The sales associate was super kind and showed me multiple options. They weren’t pushy at all and explained the difference between two very similar looking rings that I was deciding between. They asked to look at my engagement ring and noticed that the band was cracked and wearing thin. So I ended up getting it repaired too. Up to this point I would have rated the experience 5/5 but it gets better. My new wedding band had to be special ordered (small finger & metal allergy life). It arrived sooner than originally stated. My engagement ring was still being fixed when I realized that I had a photoshoot planned before it was supposed to be finished getting repaired. When I called and asked if it would be possible to get it back just for the day, they went above and beyond to get it fixed before my shoot! If I could rate the experience 10 stars I would! My rings are beautiful and I will definitely be back.

Full disclosure. I haven’t actually bought jewelry here yet. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve had excellent service. Just recently they hosted a jeweler event. Marisa set up some really fun games and prizes. My daughter, wife, and I had a fun time. Brian walked us through the collect on display and even introduced us to one of the designers, Dominic. When my wife's original sapphire engagement ring was lost we searched for a long time for the perfect replacement stone. We brought it in to Lee Read and they made a beautiful custom band to showcase it. I thought I would make a little breakfast treat for her, she thinks it turned out absolutely gorgeous.

Alden was super friendly and very helpful. He made sure to properly size my finger so he knew exactly what they needed to do with my wedding ring to make it fit again. He explained that there were other issues that should be addressed so that I didn't lose the setting in my ring and explained just what they were going to do. He gave me a realistic time frame for getting my ring back to me. Upon pick up my ring was clean and looking like new again.

I started working with Lee Read many years ago when Ben Bridge left the area. Lee Read took over bi-annual inspections and cleaning for our diamond warranties and I was always impressed with the showroom, courteous staff, and the quality of work. Most recently, I have come to know Aldon with The Ring Doctors at Lee Read. And he's the best. He recommended a crown replacement and gold addition about a year ago and I have just now been able to do it. During the inspections and cleanings in the meantime, he never pressures me about the pending repair, and listens to my stories instead. By this point, he greets me by name and asks about the things I've brought up last time. Feels great to be valued in this way and I highly recommend Lee Read for your ring care needs. They have pretty sweet jewelry to buy too!

I am so beyond grateful for the friendly and kind staff here at Lee Read! I came in because my diamond was looking cloudy and I wasn't sure what I had done to cause it. My Fiance and I went to Lee Reed to have a custom ring made. While waiting for the quote I looked around and found a ring I fell in love with. They presented our custom order. I changed the plan and we purchased the other ring instead. They had no issue with us doing that even though they had spent time on the custom order. Every experience I've had at Lee Read has been stellar. I was amazed at the quality of workmanship and how nice the rings came out. The rings are 50 years old and they fixed the dings and a crack then polished them. They look brand new. He customized it for me to be exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond. I cannot express how amazing my experience was. It’s easy for a store and employees to shine when things go right but it’s how they handle mistakes and hardships that show their true colors. Lee Reads was a great experience. Of all the Jewelers in the valley we shopped at, only 2 of them felt professional and like they truly cared about us, not making a sale.
