Food was as cold as was the manager as well as the staff. Worst among the KFCs ever visited. They shouldn't advertise what they can't offer or what they have ran out of stock. I took full two kms of u turn after seeing their ad on the front to get burgers but inside they said sold out. I wonder if anyone has their CEO's or someone whose more serious about brand value of KFC's email please share with me.

Very nice place for all non veg lovers. Chicken is very delicious.

We arrived there at opening time so there was not any crowd. We received our order very fast. Staff is very kind and helpfull. Food was also very delicious. Great place to enjoy food with your family too

Very bad service for drive thru even though I waited for 20 minutes then we get our order by drive thru. We waited a lot of time the why it called drive thru I beg to official kfc team to solve this problem.

This KFC is located in Nova , a perfect place to stop. It have everything which one person need . The environment is very neat and tidy. And a quiet place for having your food .

I've encountered some issues with card transactions and online payments on multiple occasions, which have resulted in the need to pay in cash. Furthermore, during my recent visit, I noticed that biryani and mojito were unavailable. I kindly suggest that KFC considers improving these aspects of its service.

Disappointment is the single word by which I can describe this outlet. At first the payment that I made did not reflect in their machine for which I had to argue for about 20 mins with the store incharge by showing him the debit confirmation from my account and credit to their UPI. Finally he agreed on assurance that I will re transfer the amount if I my transaction is reversed which obviously did not happen. Wait time at the drive in pick up counter is exceptionally long. The food and portion quality was pathetic so much that I had to drive back to the store and return both the items. Rice were dry and only half box full with an exceptionally skinny leg piece and roll had one small strip on the name of filling. Never stopping here again, hope the concerned authorities take appropriate action.

Rude staff, poor service..when I ordered for Chicken Tandoori Zinger box, staff said “sab kuch karan Hai” when I asked for wrap, then said “30 mins wait karna pau” ….rude in language and poor body language… I have visited many KFC around the world…must say WORST KFC staff. On the top of it, dining floor was in pathetic state…uploading one of the pics.

I visited KFC DORAHA with my family on a Sunday evening and we had a great time. The restaurant is located near the highway, with ample parking space and easy access. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took our orders quickly and efficiently. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We ordered the Wednesday Bucket, the Family Feast, and the Mingles Bucket Meal, and we enjoyed every bite. The chicken was hot and crispy, the burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the snacks were crunchy and tasty. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and eco-friendly. The ambiance was lively and cozy, with a TV showing the latest cricket match. The waiting area had a cafe, a restroom, and a free WiFi facility. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. I would highly recommend KFC DORAHA to anyone who loves fried chicken and fast food. It is truly a place where you can have a finger lickin’ good time. Waited 25 plus minutes for my order. And when I did get my food, fries were cold and the coke was flat. Feel free to check the cameras (Date 19 March, 2023, Time 6:30-7:30) i sat on the corner table right next to the entrance. I ordered two Zinger Chicken Meals and 4 pack hot wings. Worst service and management I’ve experienced in a long time. I won’t be coming back at your restaurant.

Good chain restaurant.. Oil is too much and the non veg items are getting with clotted blood inside - even not waiting to drain blood, before that freezing and getting directly to cold stoy to kitchen and then to table. Bad food by health and service.

We went there for the drive thru,but till 11.15 am it was not started due to lack of staff!!

Everything here is delicious. I am veg. Here there are a few options for vegetarian people but still they are tasty. I was with my friend who is non veg, he likes to visit kfc regularly.

Worst experience at Kfc outlet. No proper lights. No clean washrooms. Even the bucket of chicken which I had bought wasn't fresh and soft drinks were also stale.

With in 5 minutes order served . Fresh chicken . I think kFC should work on oil content of the food . And one think I observed during visit , notice on the wall they used refined oil . KFC should replace this .

They have started a delivery system of 7 mins, and by no means there are not going to give you free chickens. So, quick food delivery and with the trust of KFC. Good taste, located in Doraha, Ludhiana beside GT Road, a must stop for cars if you are passing by this area.

apart from the usual unamatched taste, this particular location could make a use of healthy cleanliness. I mean, no one would like to eat his/her chicken with regular household flies around.

Worst customer service. Nobody wants to take your order. Even if they do they take forever to complete it. Worst experience such a waste of time!

Not satisfied at all, never had this bad experience at kfc. They are not frying chicken at the time of the order rather they are providing microwaved precooked dishes. Chicken was soggy and not crispy as it should be🤷🏻‍♂️
