Not happy with the gesture on my ordered food today. Chilly chicken gravy was not cooked properly. Chicken cubes were raw. I called them, went for replacement. Appreciated that they gave a reversal, but time they gave a wrong food item. Has been regular customer for them but still they have no concern. Not happy with the service this time, you spoiled my dinner. Food is not bad , may be i had a bad luck today

Quality of food is way better than other restaurants in Begusarai.... But most of the people don't know about this restaurant. Visit here once u will get addicted 😉

Hotel Management Manager's behavior is not good, everything works fine at the time of entry in the hotel.Sometimes there is a power cut at the time of exit and sometimes the lift gets damaged. so pl don't go there. anybody

Staff was polite and well behaved but bed sheets were not changed and quite unhygienic washrooms 😐

Excellent behaviour of hotel staff. Hotel owner is also very polite and humble. Hotel service is excellent 👍
