Placed an order with Mengotti thrilled I'd found an eye-shadow I thought was discontinued. Next thing I noticed that my account was saying "refund pending". What??? I was worried I had been caught by a scammer and all sorts of things went through my mind. I received the refund so tried to order the product again, as their website said it was still available. You can imagine my genuine surprise when I received a call from one of the Directors to apologise, advising the product has indeed been discontinued hence the refund. He advised he would try to locate for me but again would process a refund if he was unable to do so. He answered a few questions I had and I was so pleasantly surprised. What a lovely gentleman. I highly recommend this company. They are genuine and I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a perfume that was in stock, took my money then told me they can’t ship my order and cancelled it, No refund has been made either. More than 30 days since incident. Edit: The refund issue is from the processor and not from (Mengotti Couture) itself Leaving the 4 star for customer service

I ordered a cologne as a gift and they took my money, but they don't ship to US. I was like okay, I should get a refund then. They said I should get my refund within 20 to 30 days and it has been over 30 days and still no refund and no response from customer support either. This company is a scam. Don't buy from them
