    Low hygiene standards. Just look at the fork and knife they gave me. Very bad experience with a worker there who was very unfriendly and rude.

    I love the team, friendly atmosphere, smilly faces everywhere. I keep coming back for the team is the asset of this reserve branch. Rami, Dana and Chris thank you for tasty drinks and great experience

    Yesterday me and my friends went to this Starbucks. The staff told us the drinks'price and then changed it when we paid for our drinks. We asked for the receipt but he told us that he threw it and didn’t tell us the exact price of the drinks. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

    Went there on Sunday in a winter day, the place was very cosy and warm, nothing to say about their coffee, hot and cold beverages, recommended.

    I paid in dollars they gave me back Lebanese lira they claimed that starbucks policy is to use only LL with bad rate whereas all shop in lebanon if you pay dollars they return dollar or at least if few amount remaining and they dont have dollars enough they give you LL

    First time hitting SB RESERVE It's 5 star store Customer service 9.5/10 Red velvet crios so yummy Food 10/10 I got pink frappe its good Drink 9/10 Location 9/10 its hidden treasure Special thanks to the reserve team too for there hard work 🔥❤️

    I loved everything about this branch. Such a special experience. The Baristas were friendly and gently accommodating all orders not just mine. I loved the organization of material they had assembled on display. My advice is to keep worthy baristas that can help maintain such an experience and reputation.

    I really like the atmosphere, good coffee, and nice interior. This coffee shop is my favorite place to hang and do my works. The staff (Abbas,Hussein and Mohammed) were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back!

    This is by far my favorite starbucks branch. The service, the drinks, the setting, everything is on top. My favorite part of this branch is the staff. I’ve developed a great bond with each one of them since they’re extremely friendly and adorable!

👍👍 An exceptional place, with an exceptional experience. The staff is very friendly, the ambience is nice and warm. The food is exquisite. The cakes that you have to pre-order are truly amazing. Nothing short from what one can and should expect from four seasons.
