It was my first time at sushiholic. I went there with my brother and cousin. We had open sushi and edmame.The sushi were really yummy, fresh, and they have good variety. The place is clean and cosy. Morover, it was quite and not crowded. The employees are nice and helpful when deciding in your order. It is highly recommended and would visit again soon.

If you want delicious Sushi with a BAD customer-oriented service, then your are at the right place at Sushiholic. The Restaurant itself looks cozy & small. But all in all it’s fine. We’ve got open buffet and it came in a creative ship plates. Sushi itself was delicious and good. Only the staff members have a lack of customer service and I would recommend the manager to learn more about customer service. But also the food took way too long to serve. They should hire more or experienced waiter to satisfy the customer needs. The restaurants has potential, but I would not come back again.

To begin service was horrible, drinks were room temperature and ice was unavailable ( this makes me wonder how do they keep their fish fresh). Furthermore, after waiting approximately 80 mins. We received only 1 plate which was the crab salad, however it smelt like age old rotting fish, which came to me as a shook because I am well aware that surimi does not smell this horribly if it is not expired or around weeks old fish ( potentially unrefrigerated ) . Friends of mine had ordered two portions of the open sushi ( which they claim to be 15 dollars on their instagram page, however when you arrive it is suddenly bumped up to 17$). Most importantly, we wanted to order a plate of plain white sushi rice which the waiter claimed to be unavailable, however I would to like to understand how no white rice is available when sushi( which is fish and rice ) is being served ( not really) . Finally after telling the waiter we were unsatisfied and asked for the bill. The local customers, seemed to get unusually infuriated like a bunch of kids. Talking back at me and trying to make me feel bad ? Which personally I believe that after waiting and eating such bad quality food would make any person act in this childish and irrespecutful way . Nonetheless, the waiter did not charge for anything and was very polite about it and respectful. The restaurant is clearly understaffed and badly managed . Wish them the best but will definitely not be returning . Thank you .

Sushi tasted really good and the restaurant is cozy with a real good Asian design. But the service was really awful ,I really don't know what's the problem. Maybe staff shortage but they really didn't look as they care and weren't responding easily and in a reckless way .

I was a regular customer for Hazmieh branch and I always took my friends and relatives there. I used to love you Sush... Until I went with my relative and our daughters on Wednesday 12/4/2023 and ordered our regular offer. It was a terrible experience The sushi and the salad were not edible!!!!!! The crispy was fried terribly and it's oil tasted yucky 🤮. The salmon wasn't fresh and tasted sooooooo bad !! The rice wasn't even cooked well !!! Although, we were very hungry, we literally couldn't swallow many of pieced and had to spit them. I asked for the manager but he didn't show up. We paid and we left very disappointed. I will never recommend sushi holic ever again!!

Last Time we tried the open sushi and today we ordered Spicy Salmon Temaki and Crispy Crab Salad, the fish does not taste well and definetly it is not salmon but rather a local trout, not recommended at all, also the soya sauce was too salty. The crab Salad was Ok.

Good sushi in town. The price is acceptable. I suggest you try the sushi tacos it's so good 👍

Great taste, very fast Affordable price

The food was yummy, BUT the service was horrible, only one waiter for the whole place, it took 30 min to pass and ask for our order…

They are obviously understaffed but you cant lower cleaning control in a sushi restaurant, when we went it was all smell the dishes and the restaurant, the waiter gave us the menu barcode if you flip it you see that its dirty as F, we didnt even order we just left right away, that was disappointing!! Never again
