Super interesting stop for some drinks. We had the immense pleasure of meeting and chatting with Andre, who told us about the history of his bar and explained a lot about things in Lebanon at the moment and over the past few years. This is mostly a beer bar that serves long drinks, so don't expect any fancy cocktail menu. It was quiet on Monday night when we were there, but looks like it gets pretty full on other nights. I would make this an essential visit when in Beirut.

Very cool place! perfect music if you're a Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Hendrix fan,.... you know what i mean! :)) alcohol is cheap! you have a pool table, and a dart game you can enjoy while having a drink. It's an old bar since the 70's that kept it's character! low intensity lights, cosy atmosphere! recommended if that's your style! :))

Your perfect neighbourhood pub, Andre is terrific guy. You can play a game of pool or darts and enjoy a perfect drink. No food though but we look forward to having the kitchen open.

This place has been a part of Beirut since 1964. One of the coolest bars I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The owner has some amazing stories.

You cannot leave Beirut without drinking at Captain's. The place has an incomparable spirit. Andre is so sweet and hospitable. Awesome music, nice pool table and darts. Prices are the best in Beirut for good quality drinks.

Love the fact that it's not crowded, and the music is good. There's so much history in the place! There's a pool table and a darts board. The atmosphere is just very chill and enjoyable.

Great bar, one of the more relaxed local bars in Beirut. The bartender does an awesome job and is known as a local legend. We loved that they have pool and darts to keep you entertained. Plus, the music isn't too loud so you can hear yourself talk. Absolutely recommend!

One of my favourite places. Cozy and chill, specially the garden outside. You have also the Dart and the pool table for more fun. And not to forget "Andre" the friendly bartender and owner. Absolutely recommended

This place is very cosy. With soft rock and blues playing in the background, you can come here and just chill. Also you can leave a small message on the wall :)
