We visited stairway on Friday night and were able to find an empty table when all mar michael pubs were really over crowded. The pub is nice a bit less crowded than others (not loud music from other pubs) but the music in there was kinda loud and not matching the place🤪 they played some BOOM club house tracks while people in there were sitting and chatting. The service was fine, waiters weren't that attentive though.. Drinks were good, we ordered gin basil.

Nice chill pub in the heart of Mar Mkhayel. It's the rooftop of the building with Lockstock in the GF. Great place if you're looking to have a drink, even a bite but most importantly chat with friends, there are no dancing and it never gets overcrowded. The music is not that loud (could get a bit louder after midnight and if you are seated next to the speakers so that depends on your preferences) Really cool decor, you don't have much of a view except for the old buildings surrounding it. I don't think it's vital to make a reservation but it's better if you do. On average, like the rest of the pubs in that area, the drink costs around 70 to 80 000 on average.

Nice cosy place to drink and hangout with friends. The music is nice and the cocktails are great. More like a hidden gem in mar mkhayel area. You go up the stairs inside of a building, where the pub is located in an open area surrounded by the old buildings of Ashrafiyeh.

Stairway is a nice pub hidden in Mar Mikhayel street, the ambience is nice, the staff is very friendly and polite. The food was good, we had chicken strips, fries, and a sandwich. As for the drinks they were good as well. All in all it was an enjoyable experience.

The prices are very affordable. Happy hour on all menu items till 8. Nachos.was very nice. Goat cheese dip is super super wow. A must try

My place to be for happy hour drinks on a Sunday afternoon, or late night outings with friends on weekends. I have tried a variety of their cocktails; they taste really good, they are strong and up to my expectations. Not to mention that the bartenders are very friendly and fun. I like this place for its location on the rooftop of an old building in Mar Mikhael, which gives it a trait of a hidden gem. Their music is also good, and it's always a great experience whenever I spend time there.

Hidden rooftop of Mar Michael You get there by a cozy stair which leads you to a lovely outdoor sitting place where the ambiance is cheerful, the staff is friendly and prices are average (go on happy hours to benefit from a 50% discount) Always very Crowded.
