Other people who I went with, they ordered the chicken and the veal - not exceptional, wouldn't order them again. First time visiting this restaurant, and really enjoyed the food and the drinks at the rooftop bar. Points go for its top food quality and service. The price for the food is fair. We ordered the salmon and the steak skewers (pictured) - salmon was good but the steak skewers were better. Not pictured: frog appetizer and foie gras - both delicious, must try! The rooftop is nice, we had a big group so it was a bit too small for us. I had the gin basil and it was really good (more green than usual, but I enjoyed it).

Great food, I would say Centrale is one of the the few restaurants that still provide quality food at relatively fair prices, especially in terms of alcohol. Their meats are delicious, so is the rest of the menu, and the staff is always super friendly and professional. They’ll even exchange USD to LBP for you at the market rate.

We had dinner at Centrale, their outside garden themed setting is beautiful, as for the bar it’s unique with a roof that half opens, and a dark and warm ambience. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite. The food is nothing short from tasteful, their steaks, cold cut platter, and desserts are must tries, I always enjoy my time at Central.

Centrale for 22/23 years has consistently been a haven of class and timeless elegance. The staff are amazing, the food is always good and their bartenders can make any cocktail that you can think of. I’m always in awe of the slick process of how well trained the staff are and how pleasant and kind with open smiles. It’s one of my most favourite places and I only ever eat at the bar upstairs. It’s a must for anyone coming to Beirut.

This is a very fancy place for fine dining. The plates are exceptional with addictive tastes! The rooftop bar is made with a very creative idea, but to be visited during spring / summer rather than winter, as it is super freezing up there with its top being open. The music though should be changed to something more commercial / fun so the night lasts for a bit longer.
