Ginger & Co is hands down one of the best sushi places I've ever been to. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with trendy decor and attentive staff. We started off our meal with the shrimp dynamite and spring rolls, and they were both incredibly fresh and delicious. The shrimp dynamite had a crispy outer layer and a juicy, succulent shrimp filling that was perfectly seasoned. The spring rolls were filled with fresh veggies and had a wonderful crunch that made them a perfect start to our meal. The sushi rolls were the real star of the show, however. Each roll was beautifully presented, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The signature rolls, in particular, were creative and packed with flavor. We loved the fact that the sushi wasn't too heavy or overly filling, which allowed us to fully enjoy the different flavors and textures in each dish. Throughout our meal, the service was top-notch. Our server was friendly and attentive, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with each dish. We also appreciated the fact that the restaurant wasn't too noisy or crowded, which made for a comfortable and relaxing date night experience. Overall, I highly recommend Ginger & Co to anyone looking for a high-quality sushi experience. Great food. Some of the best sushi i've ever had. The service however was a little slow. The place was crowded in all fairness so it could be the main reason. I totally recommend this place and would definitely be coming back the next time i'm in town

I have been a loyal customer of this sushi place for a while now, and I have to say that they never cease to impress me. Despite the economic crisis that has affected many businesses, they have managed to maintain the same great quality of food and service that I have come to expect from them. The sashimi is always fresh and delicious, and their other dishes are just as good. I always look forward to indulging in their perfectly cooked miso soup, dynamite shrimp, and teriyakis, which never fail to satisfy my cravings. What sets this restaurant apart is not only their great food, but also the welcoming and friendly staff who make me feel at home every time I visit. I have tried both the Jal el Dib and Hazmieh branches, and the food quality at the Hazmieh branch is definitely superior. Despite the crisis, this place has managed to maintain their high standards, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent sushi and exceptional service.

I've tried out nearly every sushi place in Lebanon, Ginger&Co is by far the best sushi place you can dine in! Menu variety is large, portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable. Definently must try the marinated salmon, bangkok set, and the amazing nutella pancake for dessert. Always a great ambience, super friendly staff, and delicious food.

We found ourselves near the Hazmieh area and decided to give Ginger & Co a shot. Upon arrival, we noticed that the place was Full with customers and had a vibrant atmosphere. We were promptly guided to an available table. Our order comprised various appetizers. The scallop tacos caught our attention and turned out to be exceptionally delightful, although we were hoping for slightly larger portions. The crispy salmon salad, while featuring fresh salmon, could benefit from an added crunch and a more pronounced flavor profile. The tempura shrimp was a standout – impeccably cooked, boasting a satisfying crunch. Opting for the Bangkok set with the chef's selections proved to be an excellent choice; each dish was skillfully prepared and spot-on in terms of flavors. As a sweet conclusion, we indulged in the oreo tempura, which proved to be a dazzling delight. On the whole, our experience at Ginger & Co was highly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try, especially if you're looking for a lively dining establishment in the Hazmieh vicinity.

Very rude service! I called them to reserve a table, when we arrived they made us sit outside saying that it was based on our request, they also said they couldn’t move us in because its fully booked. We arrived at 7:00, and left at 8:34 pm, during this entire period the place was empty, there was only 5-6 tables. I cannot believe that they made a scene out of it, where they could’ve easily moved us inside. The waiters after this small incident, had a very rude attitude the entire time, and we liter didn’t enjoy our night. Ive added these 2 photos to prove that they could’ve easily moved us

The place is cozy and has a nice ambience. Sushi was so fresh and delicious as was the Shrimp dynamite and the Marinated shrimp dishes that we ordered. George, who served us, was helpful and didn't hesitate to give us his recommendations on the menu. The only downfall was the size of Mochi which was the size of Werthers' original candy. We literally laughed so hard when we saw it that we had to order another one. Prices are reasonable. I'm definitely going there again and soon

The place is nice and warm. They have in indoor and outdoor. The place is clean The service was good. Pieces size is fair. Prices are fair. Sushi is not fishy but nothing special about the taste. The salmon taste was too mild and unnoticed. To be fair 3.5 would be my rating.

As a sushi lover, and after all feedback iI geared about this place, I finally visited it. We called for a late reservation, what a professional team the receptionist was very friendly and though it was Saturday and the place is packed they managed to give us a table. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and he really enhanced our experience. The decoration is neat, and though it is a small outlet, the distribution of tables is done in a very clever way to give impression of wider space. We tried the rice rolls both fresh crab and shrimps, loved both dips used and the freshness of the ingredients. The maki rolls are ok would've appreciated less rice, the cucumber rolls were the tastiest. Overall the experience for food was average but for the service and ambiance it was enjoyable.

Ginger & Co has one of the tastiest & highest quality sushi We've tasted! The portions are excellent and the ingredients are super fresh. The duck Bao buns are a must try if you're looking for something a little different.

This place used to be nice and proper. But now a days it is different story,, i went yesterday with my wife and had lunch there,,, we ended in the hospital… simply we got food poisoning… bad quality bad food… so disappointing…
