Never come to this trash hotel. Very unprofessional staff and even worse manager. They also have electricity issues unlike what they claim. Manager is so unprofessional, no one ever apologized for the way they treated us. You can easily find better than this zoo, absolutely wouldn't recommend.

I usually go to ray pool all the time but last time I went with my kids the pools were dirty with lots of hair , they should improve the pools hygiene!

Overall good experience. The room was clean, breakfast was good, chef was helpful. Good location 15 mins from beirut. The parking was annoying especially having to park underground after coming late at night. The reception let us keep it in the parking near the hotel but we had to keep the keys with them (wasn't really comfortable with that) although i wasn't blocking any car. Staff really friendly especially the two on the front desk didn't catch their names

We had a wonderful time at the Ray Hotel. In total we stayed 11 nights! The room was beautiful with an astonishing view on Beirut. Further, the room was always clean and the air conditioning a relief. We also enjoyed the breakfast with traditional Lebanese food. The service was kind and quick. They followed our food preferences and restrictions (vegan options available). The pool area is great. The water clean and refreshing. Also here excellent service. We would definitely visit again.

I've been in more than 40 hotels areound different countries. This one is by far the worst experience i ever had!! - we paid for a large room and when we made the reservation couple of months ago we were shown the room and the size of it. But when areived on the day of the reservation we got a much smaller one and when we asked the staff she said : "i'll see what i can do" and she never did anything. - the room was seriously dirty, the floor the bathroom and i even doubt it was cleaned before our arrival. - the bed had a very tiny cover on it so it didn't fit all the bed! - during the afternoon of the first day someone went into our room to place things in the fridge. Things we never ordered!! Unless we ask for someone to go to the room while we're not there i don't expect someone to go inside. - adding on the last point, someone enetered the room at 8 PM while we were asleep. I was surprised hearing the door opening so i stood up from the bed and that person saw me so he closed the door and went away. Which is the creepiest thing that ever happened tp me in a hotel. - adding to all of this, this hotel is very cheap so they charge you for parking services. Even though the room is more than a 200 dollars per night you'll be asked to pay for parking services for 1 dollars /day. It's a 200 dollars room at least you can offer parking services. - the breakfast was a disaster, alot of people and not enough food. -the pool area was really discusting. I didn't even go to the pool since arround it was food everywhere. - last but not least the staff. Everyone need to ask someone else and whenever you ask for something the typical response is :i'll see what i can do and then they do nothing. I typically don"t leave that bad reviews on people's businesses. And i try to be authentic and at least find something positive about the stay/place. But seriously nothing positive about this place !!

Short and sweet stay! The room is spacious very nice, and comfortable. The pool is amazing (with a view). Breakfast can be slightly improved in terms of variety but that's it :)

I planned my wedding in Beit Meri, and The Ray hotel was the best option for our 30 guests coming from abroad. The rooms are new and clean, staff service is very good, and most importantly the support I received from the team (Chady Morcos) is exceptional- he was responsive any time, and eventually helped me host a great pre-wedding party that everyone loved. The view from the hotel is also amazing. Highly recommend hotel!

The stay was amazing, the room was extremely clean and the entrance and other areas were as well. The manager took very good care of us and made sure our stay was joyful. Me and my wife can’t wait to go back soon.

I came from Lagos Nigeria and stayed at the Ray hotels and studios with husband for four nights. The staff was friendly and the hotel is clean. The have a kitchen everything is working. The security was top notch. The hotel is close to Dora the big market for shopping. Thanks to Elias and farsi for helping us out when we was leaving. We ran short of taxi money. I recommend the hotel

actually i have been to this hotel twice all were good but this time was the best. i do like the facility and location the staff are great they will do anything to help u.it was an absolute amazing experience i definitely recommand this place .wanna say too many thanks to (rita) for her amazing kindness

This is my second visit to this Hotel...they are very professional.. They remembered every detail from my previous visit. The room was fully prepared they way I like it without reminding them....Excellent service,I highly recommend Exceeded expectations

Not recommended at all! First i paid for a deluxe room, the basic stuff were not served, NO hair dryer, NO bath towel, NO mini fridge, On top of that the washbasin was broke and all the water was sinking in the bathroom. I paid 140$ for a very small and unwell served deluxe room. Such a waste! But At least the hospitality of the people were nice to be fair!

The rooms are spacious and very well designed. The hotel facilities are outstanding including the kids playground, kids pool, infinity pool and igloo tents. Staff are very helpful and professional. Breakfast is very tasty and generous

Worst hotel ever !!!! food quality and taste are Horrible ,very poor quality ingredients and veryyy expensive although the response to our complaints screams very bad customer service, zero rating is too much for your service !will never visit again fore sure.

I booked one room at that hotel for my guests coming from abroad just for the convenience of having them close to my area. Never could i have imagined such a degree of hospitality and kindness. The attention to detail in terms of comfort, and portraying the characteristics of the lost traditional lebanese hospitality. This is by far the best hotel in Lebanon, in terms of amazing views, hospitality and tradition.

Attended a Conference there, Location: super Nice! Greenery all around with Sea view, Conference room: Clean, modern, very organized, well equiped, very clean toilets, Staff: amazing, professional,very friendly, helping warmly, Would specially mention Mrs. Sabine with her consistent and attentive presence to insure everything go well which she did perfectly! Food: clean, fresh and very tasty! Great and comfortable Experience, Highly recommended.

Affordable and modern with amazing view over Beirut, greenery and mountains. Complete modern gym,bar and 2 different restaurants. Offering rooms and studios. I strongly recommend.

Staff is extremely helpful. Between Elias, Marwan, Jeffrey, Georges, Rita and Nadine honestly i felt taken care of and between family and friends. Plus it’s beautiful and clean. Pool is clean. All in all the service made the difference :) strongly suggest and will be coming back God willing.

The hotel is good YET, the pool service is beyond unacceptable. The plates are even not washed.The straws were served all in a paper tissue opened like they washed them and reput it to the others.The portions are so small.And we ordered pizza and it took 40 minutes to come.And they don't even give plates(you have to ask for and the service takes a century to bring you something.)Specially the mozarella sticks plate is even not washed.There is a lot of dirt on it.The pool is great though.

The rooms are good, as for the service there is a lack of attention and a little patience from the staff. Yet the location is very calm and the view is spectacular.

Room was terrible: Chair broken, bed sheet is dirty, shower is not working (water will flood in the room if you decide to shower), super slow wifi, disgusting food. Waiters took 7 mins to bring me a spoon in the restaurant. Personally I won't comeback
