Although the economic and political situation is not favorable, the hotel staff is attentive to each customer, oriented to good services so as to make the stay in Beirut as good as possible! Every employee is kind, asks for feedback to know how to make every service as good as possible. The food is exceptional! I felt safe here during the 6 days I spent here!

On arrival I was advised by the Night Manager George, that on completion of my stay I would need to pay cash in Lebanese pounds because the exchange rate was fluctuating, and cannot use any other form of payment. If camera footage is checked that interaction can be seen. When we checked out I advised the staff that I will only pay by card because I am not carrying that amount of cash with me due to safety issue in Beirut. Housekeeping left both verandah doors fully open to interconnecting rooms, when we got back to the room, it was suffocating with pollution fumes. I reported to the housekeeping supervisor who would send up a filter to clean the air in the room. And hour later still it wasn't done, went down personally to complain again had to wait. Not a pleasant experience.

The hotel itself is very nice like always, especially the rooms but skyhigh extra charges, lined-up very closely on the blackmarket Dollar exchange rate. Now everything is on extra even the nescafé in the room or the use of the jacuzzi. I can understand that the current situation is difficult but they are doing it over. I will probably stay elswhere next time

Absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Beirut! The room was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea. The room's condition was top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. The amenities were impressive, and the room service was super efficient. It was an overall outstanding experience that went beyond my expectations. Highly recommended for a delightful stay.

Everything was superb and the most important thing that I can recommend is: if for the first time you travel to Beirut definitely you need to follow the advise of Front office gentlemen particularly you can trust Mr Ali Marji. He helped me a lot to find the best places to eat and how to get the best price taxi and where is the best place to visit and etc.

Very friendly staff , super comfortable bed , clean rooms , very good breakfast . The staff got out of their way to make our stay extremely comfortable . All the staff were very professional and welcoming , Yazi from housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning our room to the highest standards , Rabih at the door always welcomed us with a big smile insisting to open the car door and carry our bags , Noel at the restaurant was excellent and attentive , and Naji at reception was always so helpful and friendly , and all the other staff whom I cannot remember their names were also very sweet . I will always stay here when I come to Beirut .

The hotel was great, and the staff was very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended hotel. Infelt welcome, safe, and all the time, the staff were professional. The restaurants are really nice, the food is good and the executive lounge was excellent.

I was so pleased with all the hotel personnel. They were all friendly and approachable. I'd like to mention Firas, Ali, and Sarah all the ground floor crew were very very helpful and always ready to assist. Thank you so much! Also, the restaurant (breakfast crew) and the bar crew were really really kind too! I cannot express how thankful i am to them. I have enjoyed my stay with all the benefits and great facilites they have. Just one thing I'd say regarding the room's AC wasn't working properly but nonetheless, staying at Hilton Habtoor was very pleasant. Thank you, Hilton ❤️

Hitlon Habtoor is considered one of the oldest yet a fancy hotel in Beirut. The location is amazing in the center of everything as it can be taken a reference/starting point to move around lebanon in all directions from north to south. High quality in everything including rooms, restaurants, wedding venues, pool, gym…and many others. If you are coming for a nice vacation or for business, you should consider it as one of the top choices in your list.

Hilton Al-Habtoor Beirut did not meet the standard hospitality quality or services. I was surprised by the staff and the lack of experience at most employees. Although we felt welcomed at first, it was a downgrade from here and out. Cleanliness and room service were inconsistent during our stay. One day is good, and other days are just unacceptable. Breakfast staff members are inexperience and slow. And most of all, we were rushed to checkout from the hotel even though we paid for an extra day for one of our rooms! It was disrespectful and I would have given this a 2 star rating if it was not for the current economy situation in Lebanon.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying together at the Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand Hotel, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment of arrival, we were warmly greeted and felt instantly welcomed. Our room was not only comfortable but also offered a stunning view of Beirut from the 28th floor, surpassing our expectations. It was truly breathtaking and provided us an unprecedented perspective of the city. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to ensure our stay went perfectly. It was evident they were going above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable time. The cherry on top was the excellent room service, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals without leaving our room. Specifically for future guests: if you want to make the most out of your stay and relish an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend booking a room starting from the 28th floor of the Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand Hotel. The breathtaking view of Beirut from that height is absolutely worth it. My wife and I were fortunate to stay on this floor, and the view exceeded our expectations. So, if you're looking for an extra touch of magic during your stay, make sure to choose the 28th floor. You won't regret it! Together with my wife, I hold cherished memories of our stay at the Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand Hotel, and we're already looking forward to a future visit. This hotel is an absolute recommendation for couples seeking a luxurious and memorable vacation experience.

This was my first time staying at Hilton Habtoor Grand. The property is in very good condition and rooms are clean and spacious. They provided good service and internet connection was quite good. The location is in the middle of the city so don't expect many see views or to be close to Rouche, but its central to everywhere and you are no more than 20 minutes from any destination you are looking for.

Staying at Hilton Habtoor was awseome, we stayed at the Hilton for 3 nights in the Royal Suit room on the 28th floor. The room was very clean and the views were stunning, the staff members were very friendly, Sara was super kind she helpful she helped us find the right room for US and the room turned out to be perfect. All the staff members were very kind and super friendly, the room service was 24/7. The breakfast was very good, Authentic lebanese breakfast with high quality ingredients and amazing views on the 31st floor, I really recommend it even if you are not staying at the Hotel if you go there ask for Anwar. The valet parking was very convenient and for only 10$ per night. If you are ever in Beirut I would highly recommend staying at the Hilton Habtoor.

The hotel was in a good location not too far from the airport and an Uber ride away from central areas in Beirut. The customer service at the restaurant was great! Nour was my gal, she was very accommodating and went out her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for breakfast. My only complaint was the concierge service was lacking and useless. Poor customer service in that area. The individual on duty was not helpful nor did he want to assist me on my requests for getting excursions, guides, taxi’s, or even to change USD to Lebanese pound.

This is my second experience here and it wasn’t great. 1. The rooms are standard and nice. 2. Air Conditioning is hit or miss. The AC on my floor was non functioning for two days. It also struggled to cool the room over night. 3. Food service was very disappointing. They would set the table nicely for a meal. Two forks, two knives, and a spoon. When someone finished eating the waiter would take the used plates and utensils away. If the person left the staff would set the table using the silverware that was still in the table from the last patron. Everyone said they were getting sick and it is no surprise when such poor food handling is practiced. 4. The wifi isn’t great, but that is standard. 5. The staff were generally kind and helpful, but they were hard to find when you needed them.

Great hotel with lovely staff! Having stayed here for almost 3 weeks now. I would say the hotel is perfect for a long or short stay. You have all the amenities needed. It has been a lovely stay till now and I would say the only issue is location.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The morning breakfasts were wonderful, and there is a sense of security with the lobby and concierge. They know you and they watch out for you. The room, the pool, the restaurants, the executive lounge - it was all first class and it made my trip to Beirut much more enjoyable.

This is the second largest hotel in Beirut. The senior management are really decent, however the place is downgrading after the economy and it needs more maintenance.

stay from 9th to 13th December this is my reply towards the response from someone called nada kai the management's side... she asked me to elaborate my concern... well professionally actually everyone at front desk the bell boy all the staff at breakfast were sweet and kind in talking and were courteous it's just that I don't remember names. there were many reasons which I would like to bring to your attention the very first day when I was just about to enter the lift and the lights went out I also overheard people talking or getting scared inside the lift and only after COUPLE of minutes finally the lift started so since your brands reputation certainly preceeds and with high end technology these things should be resolved less than a minute BY THE WAY. I wasn't inside the lift. and regarding my apprehensions I would just simply say that there is something called CLARITY which you people should mention very straight forward to guests not in some local slang language that a foreigner wouldn't understand. and kindly don't call me valued guest.

The U. A .E. in the heart of Beirut city. Amazing place with 24/7 electricity as a first condition to stay without any problems of communication system ,or wifi ,or internet. New menu of Food is a second edition to stay and eat up the 27th floor ( private party) and both views (city & mountain)

I have stayed at this Hotel times before and never was I disappointed the way I am now. They gave us minimum amount of towels, slippers and bathroom equipments. When we asked for more the response was “Covid Protocol!” Which doesn’t make any sense. Worst of all, when we asked to exchange USD to Lebanese Lira we were disappointed that the rate was 1.5LL which is a loss of 95% of our money’s worth. I think this will be my last stay at Habtoor Lebanon.

Used to be much better before. Now the mall is closed and there are no near by restaurants as it used to be. 2 elevators were not working during our stay, i think they were not operational to save costs given the lower occupation rates. The quality of food was good yet there was no variaty across the day. I hope the situation improves in lebanon soon

Great hotel with good facilities - could be a great stay but (i) the room was not very clean (shoe prints in the shower) and smelled of cheap deodorant (ii) you can only pay for room service in cash - and if you pay in USD, expect to pay up to 20% above the market rate compared to LBP prices (iii) the room has only table lamps and so is very dark at night - great for relaxation, not so great for working.
