We were really happy staying here for the night and would come again. Good location in Beirut - I'd suggest arranging a shuttle service directly with the hotel if you're coming from the airport. Lovely hotel manager and barman on the rooftop terrace - staff were so helpful at the front desk and during breakfast too. They couldn't do more to make our stay more relaxing. The only one thing I would suggest is to have non-smoking rooms that people must adhere to. We had to keep our patio door open to help.

We really enjoyed our stay at urban suites! The rooms are clean and the facilities are great! The roof top bar was perfect for a cocktail before a night out in Beirut! A special mention to Charbel, Elie and Eliott for going above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience! Would highly recommend.

First and last time at this hotel..horrible. Check out time is supposed to be at 12 p.m. (standard like all hotels worldwide), at 11:35 a.m. the housekeeping supervisor tries to open my door without even knocking (fortunately it was locked)..I thought it was by mistake so I looked from the door eye viewer and I saw him. After around 3 minutes he comes back with the spare key and tries to open the door..again without knocking! So I ran to the door and started shouting at him from inside not to open as I was getting dressed. After a couple of minutes I get a call from the receptionist..she was checking if I was still in the room or I checked out. Very unproffessional staff. I paid for the room and I have the right to stay in it until 12 p.m. If I didn't check out by 12 the hotel usually calls the guests and asks them to leave the room (politely) or they can knock on the door and ask them to...not enter the room without permission at 11:35-11:40 a.m. !! Not to mention the dirty room floor, toilet, towels, and broken drawers (that almost fell on my feet). Missing toiletteries (I think someone used the room and they did not clean the toilet properly or replaced the used shampoo). Also no water or coffee/tea..I had to ask for them. And terrible wifi (most of the time there was no wifi).

I would never stay at this hotel again!!!! One day before my arrival they decided to change the pice on me even though I paid for a whole two weeks in advance!!!! They asked for %50 increase in rate just because the dollar was going up compared to local currency. It was very unprofessional the way they handled it. I pay for two weeks in advance and have a receipt and yet they think the can increase the rate on me. They didn’t even try to negotiate or give us a better room for the rate increase. Not to mention most of the amenities were not available to us! This has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in my life.

The best part of my holiday. The room is specious and had been cleaned in the highest standard.The staff are professional and helpful, they have made my day in Beirut much easier and stress free. The food is also amazing, that chef is a hidden gem! Overall, I'm very happy with my staying in this hotel as it's too good to be missed!

Staff and rooms were okay but zero customer care from the hotel manager. Internet was also very weak. Will not go back

I arrived at the hotel at 4AM, even still I was welcomed with open arms. My girl, who booked for me, made some special requests for the room to give me a warm welcome, with balloons and other decorations on the bed. It was truly a great experience even though it was a super short stay for me. Spacious and clean room with a balcony. Located in the pleasant Sin el Fil area. Highly recommended when visiting Beirut!

I was promised that the internet connection is very stable as I needed one for my trainings. However, I was let down. I did end up consuming all of my data on my phone as hotspot. The internet connection was HORRIBLE, that is if the signal isn’t lost 😅. The room was very clean. A big shoutout to Ghinwa and Elie who were absolutely amazing! They were very receptive and cooperative.

I was here 3 years ago, and i had a good experience, so i‘ ve decided to Book here again. I call them they say no Problem come to is. The Price is 800k. When i was there they say 1500k because i am no libanese people. When i whent to another Hotel they Even don‘t have heard about such a practise

I had a wonderful stay and I can definitely say that I will be visiting again soon. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Mario for assisting me through out my stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the rooms are bigger than many hotels in the country. I loved the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The hotels location is very central close to everything. Highly recommended when visiting Lebanon
