Absolutely vile. Do not stay here. Rooms were confirmed on booking.com but weren't all fully available. Hotel is nothing like the photos they advertise. Hotel is in terrible condition and not suitable for staying at. We refused to stay and got a full refund. I only managed to get a few photos and these aren't the worst of what we saw. One of the workers told us that he knew we wouldn't end up staying there as we seemed respectful and the hotel isn't for respectful people. The rooms light bulbs were all over the floor. There were no towels or toilet paper. The bath and toilets are black from dirt and mold. Small hairs around the sink taps. The furniture has never been cleaned or wiped. The floors are not hoovered. The rooms stank of cigarettes. The curtains are difficult to open and close and one of the rooms had clips to close the curtains together. All sofas are stained even in the reception area. The list goes on and on.

DON´T BOOK THIS HOTEL, it couldn't be worse!! The rooms had mold on the walls, very dirty rooms, no electricity, no internet and the bathroom door, which hadn't been cleaned for months, didn't close. I had to look for another hotel early because it was unbearable. More than disappointed and disgusted! And I didn't get the money back either, what a cheek!

No stars at ALL, one of the worst places you can ever visit in Lebanon. The smell of the place is so bad and very humid, the was no shower in the toilet, no towels and lots of insects. I had to spend one night there was window open in December because window was broken and no maintenance to fix it. They took money nonrefundable, so they will not return any. I cancelled the booking of 7 nights and they refused to refund it.

All photos is lies , fake hotel, rooms had mods , wet , very dirty, smells very bad, no swimming pool, no restaurant, nothing att all. Not to recommended.

I wish I can give it a lower rate than one. I went for a one day sleep before my flight; booked through Emirates as a 4 star hotel. This is definitely not 4 stars. They knew me and my wife are leaving early in the morning with 2 checked in luggage “30kg each” they failed to tell us we have to carry them down from the 4th floor what a joke. Add to that, the room and the bathroom have mold, very dirty room, internet very slow and the bathroom stinks, which hadn't been cleaned for months. It honestly can not be any worst..

Horrible hotel. Dirty room, broken lamps, broken curtain (had to cover the window with bed sheets), rusty fridge, smell of fungus, towels & tissues provided upon request & the towel smelled bad. Friendly staff though

Scammers. I couldn't check in I booked a room in this hotel on Agoda for 1 night 03.05-04.05 for two people. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist said that he did not see our reservation and they still had no rooms available for us. The receptionist offered to solve the problems with Agoda and said that the hotel could not help me in anything. I had to run around Beirut to find another hotel. On May 8, Agoda support responded to me: the hotel gave them information that we allegedly checked in and used the reservation and therefore they cannot return the money to us. But it wasn't. We didn't check into this hotel. Be careful. These are scammers. I hope that Agoda will resolve the issue with this hotel, but I no longer want to book hotels through this service.

There are scammers in the hotel. They don't move guests into rooms that were booked on Agoda, but they charge money for booking, and then they say that you were with them. Be careful.

Its better to sleep on the streets than to sleep at this hotel. Its my 8th vacation this year, tried many hotels, but i have never seen this kind of hotel in my whole life.

This is not a hotel. They dont have even hot water. There is no heating. Even the key is not working. Absolutely waste of money. However the staff accepted the problem and their behaviour was good. They refund me as I could not stay there for more than three hours.

I stayed at this hotel in March 2009 for 6 nights. It is in a good location but at the time of my stay, the hotel was almost empty and the restaurant was closed. I have good memories of this hotel!

Its very awful!!dirty place.I can’t give it even one star.missing the basics needs for visitors!!! Like the towels and savons ,fridges,lights,the place looks like going under renovation!!they removed out the carpets but the floor and stairs it’s dirty,stinky,the garbage on all the corners.there is no electricity 24/24 then the elevator not working all the time!!! The stairs dark you have to use your telephone to prevent falling!!!! No caftera on the sight.please avoid to reserve online.they say it’s 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!in fact ,it’s no one star.maybe used to be 5or 7 years ago!!!not anymore.don’t fall in love with theirs photos…please don’t go their🙏👌
