One of the best options for budget travelers. Rooms were clean and heated Bathrooms are very clean and have hot water. Rooms are not very big but convenient for couples. We made a late check in @ 1:00 am and also late check out @ 2:00 pm Wifi was available all over the hotel and in rooms Room was equipped with minibar but everything was with additional costs W faced a little misunderstanding with the receptionist while charging our cell phone internet package which was resolved later without any problems

A zero hygiene hotel! The lamp above the bed was not working, they sent someone from the housekeeping to change it, he stood with his bare feet over the bed to change it, once again the sent someone from the maintainance for the AC and he stood with his shoes on the chair that we use in the room, a big drop. I then asked for the housekeeping to change the bed sheets and they refused as the housekeeping stops working at 4 pm, after a fight they sent someone and i was surprised with the beddings itself and how dirty it was. They only give you 3 bottles of water once per stay. It does not deserve to be a 4 stars hotel. Bad experince

Definitely the worse expérience I have had! La peor pesadilla de mi vida! Mon pire cauchemar! Do not book through a broker like booking/expedia/kayak because the hotel just won't receive the confirmation and you will have no room. After 2 hours of waiting for the confirmation to arrive on the hotel system, the lady at the front desk and the manager asked me to make a new reservation directly through them (at the front desk) which was 50% more expensive. I refused. Trust me, you don't want to arrive late at night as I did, having paid and having a valid confirmation number from one of the top brokers and have no room because the hotel's reservation system does not work properly.

Lovely hotel. Excellent rooftop bar and pool. Good WiFi connection. Nice staff. Very friendly. Poor selection of music on the rooftop. But decent sound system.

Just back from Lebanon. We stayed at Three O Nine for 3 nights. The room was a very good value for the money. We were quite happy with the location. The staff - Najat at the front desk is absolutely the heartbeat of this hotel. I truly hope the owners of this hotel realize how fortunate they are to have her working here. She helped us with so much and she has a fabulous personality. Thank you so much for everything Najat you are priceless!! We had an excellent, delicious traditional Lebanese breakfast at the Black Seed cafe downstairs. The gentleman who works there is also a wonderful employee always smiling and friendly. You can tell he loves what he does. Had drinks on the beautiful rooftop a couple of times. Mixed cocktails, made by Jaad, the first night were very good. Unfortunately the wine I was served the second night was the end of a bottle that had probably been open for over a week (likely longer) and was thick as syrup. When I asked how long the bottle had been open for the reply was “two days” to which I replied “impossible”. I was then given wine from a new bottle and it was very good but I go it couldn’t have been more than 2.5 ounces 3 sips… Please don’t take me for a fool. In this economy you should be treating hotel guests like gold, especially those who are kind too you and treat you with respect. Your reputation is your livelihood.

We stayed for 6 nights in October 2022 Everything was perfect However, don’t book through Agoda, as they charged total amount for a suite and when we arrived the hotel informed us that they don’t have availability for suites, only standard rooms and that they have already informed Agoda with this to solve the issue with us but Agoda didnt inform us so we had to stay in the available room and the hotel handled the issue with Agoda to refund us the difference for the room type. All hotel staff are friendly specially Najjat The rooms are super clean We faced no issues regarding power cuts during our stay. They have rooftop bar, we didnt try it though. The hotel’s location is perfect near the AUB and many food outlets Would definitely visit again next time we are in Beirut.

My fiancé and I always stay in this hotel when we want a room. It’s clean and rooms are good size. Staff is friendly and never had any hidden fees. The area is also cute.

Love the Three O Nine Hotel! The hotel is located in a great area with shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We loved walking from Three 0 Nine to the Corniche. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us with local currency and also getting local SIM cards for our mobile devices. The rooftop bar and pool have an amazing view of the city. Room service and food is delicious - great value for money. Three 0 Nine also has a generator so you have power 24/7 and avoid Lebanon's electricity challenges.

Best experience ever , everything was perfect. A special mention for Najat … And of course everyone was so lovely, that’s like a little family ! I recommend 100% !!!!!

Home away from home in Beirut. Been coming here since 2018 and they never disappointed me. Very friendly staff, contemporary design, good AC and 24 hours of electricity. Wifi could be a bit faster, but that’s it. The roof top is very nice and the value for money can’t be beaten. Highly recommend it.

It's a very nice hotel nestled in the heart of Bliss street and close to all the hustle of downtown Beirut. If you're looking for that urban experience, this hotel is convenient and affordable compared to the rest in that area. However, there aren't alot of things to do in the hotel itself (No swimming pool or spa) so you should plan your activities outside

Amazing place , modern , clean , prices are the best in the neighbourhood, super friendly staff, location wise is one of the best in Beirut, calm area , everything you want you can reach by just walking ( Universities, restaurants, pubs , delicious food courts , the Famous Hamra Street, shops , Hospitals, schools, and even the Manara sea side cornish is a walking distance from this beautiful Hotel ) highly recommended.

The hotel is clean . Staff friendly and helpful , but you will only have tea bag in your room as complimentary. Thing. If you want coffee or Nescafe , you need to pay for it . In addition they don't have on hand any fever reduction medicine , they have to get from outside the hotel .it is wiered Specially we still have the pendmic around ...

Good hotel in hamra

Good location near AUB and Hamra street. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. Clean and friendly service. The room is nice as well. The roof top patio is very nice with a rare view of AUB campus and the sea. Parking is available as well.

No words. Literally. Don't even bother going to another hotel when in Beirut. Perfect location, excellent staff, super clean and modern place. Absolutely loved it. Great breakfast as well though perhaps I would add some more options.
