Just
back
from
Lebanon.
We
stayed
at
Three
O
Nine
for
3
nights.
The
room
was
a
very
good
value
for
the
money.
We
were
quite
happy
with
the
location.
The
staff
-
Najat
at
the
front
desk
is
absolutely
the
heartbeat
of
this
hotel.
I
truly
hope
the
owners
of
this
hotel
realize
how
fortunate
they
are
to
have
her
working
here.
She
helped
us
with
so
much
and
she
has
a
fabulous
personality.
Thank
you
so
much
for
everything
Najat
you
are
priceless!!
We
had
an
excellent,
delicious
traditional
Lebanese
breakfast
at
the
Black
Seed
cafe
downstairs.
The
gentleman
who
works
there
is
also
a
wonderful
employee
always
smiling
and
friendly.
You
can
tell
he
loves
what
he
does.
Had
drinks
on
the
beautiful
rooftop
a
couple
of
times.
Mixed
cocktails,
made
by
Jaad,
the
first
night
were
very
good.
Unfortunately
the
wine
I
was
served
the
second
night
was
the
end
of
a
bottle
that
had
probably
been
open
for
over
a
week
(likely
longer)
and
was
thick
as
syrup.
When
I
asked
how
long
the
bottle
had
been
open
for
the
reply
was
âtwo
daysâ
to
which
I
replied
âimpossibleâ.
I
was
then
given
wine
from
a
new
bottle
and
it
was
very
good
but
I
go
it
couldnât
have
been
more
than
2.5
ounces
3
sipsâŠ
Please
donât
take
me
for
a
fool.
In
this
economy
you
should
be
treating
hotel
guests
like
gold,
especially
those
who
are
kind
too
you
and
treat
you
with
respect.
Your
reputation
is
your
livelihood.
