Wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel until I got there. I was blown away from my stay at The Key. From the second I checked in till my departure 6 days later. Hotel super clean restaurant very good had breakfast every morning and was very good. Now to the wow factor of my stay.what I will leave as a remark on the staff should be multiplied by 10. I’m no good remembering names but Mohamed and the lovely girl at from desk were perfect. Always smiling and offering any help all the time. At the breakfast there’s also this young lady she remembered every day our coffees without us asking her. And if I’m not mistaken, Emilio a serveur was so polite and professional. Spa personal super professional. I noticed the owner of the hotel being often in the lobby, even he came and help us for directions to the spa. They have a car service that can take us to places in a range of the hotel that was really great. Drivers were also nice. Keep up the good work guys, and hope to see you soon.

All the staff and hosts in the hotel are so nice and the housekeeping is great. You feel like you are in your home, with a salon to receive guests and a kitchen equipped with everything. I recommend visiting it to feel comfortable as if you were at home.

I like the location. Not too much in the commercially busyness but safe and convenient. The facility is modern and comfortable. Hotel is very new. We were able to use the car a few times.

The Key is excellence defined! It offers modern rooms that are spacious and luxuriously furnished, lots of natural light, and beautiful views. It is situated in a quiet area yet close to all the city’s attractions. Also despite the situation in Lebanon with the electricity cuts and fuel shortage you won’t feel any of that! You’ll enjoy their delicious breakfast, have access to a convenience store right within the hotel, relax at their spa and have a nice workout session at their gym and have the most relaxing sleep as their beds are super comfortable. The best part about it though is their staff. They are super helpful, always smiling and friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. I would highly recommend it.

Great Stay overall. Helpful staff. Super clean rooms and environment. Love the books corner in the lobby. Well located as well, close to restaurants and all we wanted to get done. Basic breakfast, I’d say skip breakfast for sure.

it is one of the most beautiful hotel in lebanon the maneger is very nice as well as the assistants. the price is acceptable, the food is very good, very nice terrace, very nice spa, gym, in the rooms you can even cook for yourself, there is a small supermarket, it's brilliant, frankly, one of my best experiences, thank you the key for this unforgettable experience highly recommend

We stayed with 2 children at the key for 7 nights visiting Lebanon from Miami . Our stay was beyond excellent .we travel a lot in the USA and this feels more like a 5 star hotel then a 4 star hotel . Rate was very reasonable even feels should be higher for what we are getting . . Room was very spacious and comfortable . Restaurant was top-notch . Having the mini market there helped a lot . best of all was the service and attention to details . The staff was super nice and helpful . Highly recommend .

Despite everything happening in the country, The Key was a getaway inside the city for my husband and I. The service was out of this world, the food was delicious, the room was so clean, the hotel felt safe, the staff were amazing and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. We will definitely be coming back because it is simply hard not to!
