Worst experience ever With all security around holding guns and heavy weapons, dogs, and 10-15 men at the main entrance, You feel you’re entering a prison and not a hotel. If you’re planing to visit this hotel and stay stress free then avoid booking in here. It’s a shame, as the rooms and the view is nice and that’s the reason I’m giving a 1 star Otherwise a big Zero if i could.

Very Nice hotel. Spacious and modern rooms with Nice view of Beiruts coastline. Rather small but nice Pool area with good vibes and music. The restaurant also offers good quality food but at a very high price for Lebanon. The beach is clean but the water is not. I do not recommend swimming.

Many reasons- Food variety very limited I wanted small pastry or a cookie with my coffee and they only had heavy cakes Limited menu options Some staff rude and not friendly specially front desk Cleanness is ok. Shower inside needs lots of care. I would not come back.

Fume Bar: Customer service : 0 The hostess and the manager (Rabih) are both very rude. My friends and I were willing to grab a drink there so basically we called to reserve a seaside table and we were told that there’s no need to. However, we got there and there were no seaside tables (all reserved surprisingly!) and the hostess didnt take any blame and said we can’t reserve tables and she didnt even apologize! So rude ! I dont recommened that place.

I was attending a wedding. The food was quite tasty, and there’s a variety in it. Food presentation is really good... but pay attention, you may gain weight! Waiters, service and all facilities were amazing, however sometimes the waiter gets late in bringing whatever we want! The venue is quite big, it can fit around 250 person. I adoredddde the desert attached below!!!

I stayed there for 3 days recently and had something stolen from my room as well as had to leave my clothes behind as laundry wasn’t done in time , the staff has been making excuses as that the item missing(500$ shoes) were not found in the room even though i have receipts that i bought them a day before and wore them out that night and back to my room ( this can be seen on cameras i’m sure) and leaving with the shopping bag and box i bought them in a day later come to find out when i arrived home the box was empty . i’ve called many times and texted with multiple people from the hotel and was told nothing was found ...i beg to differ as the shoes would not have gone missing .And it’s a coincidence that only that pair was gone when i had many other things with me but the only thing gone was a pair of branded shoes that were out in the open ? The hotel manager has been ignoring me and i’ve had to make an effort to get any updates from the staff this is so unprofessional definitely an inside job , would not recommend staying . Not to mention the bad smell from the beach connected to the hotel .

I never understood the bad reviews on this hotel everything about it was great. Pros: - Amazing swiming pool (theres 3) - Delicious desert - Relaxing sun set - Nice view - Friendly staff :) - Private beach - Confy bed - Great room - Nice breakfast Cons: - Sometimes the swimming pool is reserved - Extremely loud wedding that didnt stop till midnight and couldnt sleep because of it - Piles of trash on the beach - Salty beach water that burns your eyes

Do not swim in the sea! There is a major raw sewage dump just next to it. You will most definitely get a skin infection.

The suite and view are amazing! Breakfast is perfect! The 2 problems are that the water is full of sand and the towels are not very clean, even the outside chairs were not clean! Considering the price nothing should be wrong.

Very expensive. Not organized, bad management, bad location, near sewage So imagine the smell of the sea, plus it's the most expensive hotel in lebanon, it's far away from 5star, never again.

The worst service ever stayed here for 3 nights the hall way was never clean same dirt on the carpet for 3 days poor hospitality I’ll never stay here again even if they offered it for free

The worst customer service ever. Rude employees and rudest managers. Nothing worth a dollar in this hotel. The best thing is the sunset, but believe me you can have from other places. I will not go there again and never advise my friends, relatives and family to go neither. You should train your staff to be nice and kind to people or your reputation will be very bad. Shame on such management and staff.

Honestly food excellent, the smoked salmon was extraordinary, the desserts was amazing and you get to see the most beautiful sunset from their lounge.

The hotel was built in violation of the law , floating on sewage , it harmed Beirut and its people, with political cover for this corruption. Do not stay in this hotel and do not help harm and displace the people of homes. Do not be an accomplice in the crime.

Good Service. Friendly people just how you would expect a lebanese hotel to be run it is run the man in the suit is the most important and will help you out the most. Furthermore amazing food from the chef worth the little wait and amazing customer service.

The hotel has the best location in beirut. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. You can enjoy the pool in door, massage. The room is amazing.

Great food at the restaurants (better than Kempinski) and better Internet. The pools at Kempinski are more impressive but the beach is amazing at Eden Bay. XO

First of all, The location speaks for itself. This is the IT place for Beirut. I love their sea view Fume Bar restaurant specially their seafood is so delicious, the quality of their service and their food is just AMAZING. TOP TOP TOP. Don't miss your chance to visit, this is the place to go to!
