This hotel not valuable . It does not deserve even three stars. We booked it for the view of its restaurant that overlooking the sea and it was closed because of winter season ((as they said )). The covers were torn and the baby’s crib was broken, the bathrooms were bad and water accumulated on the floor , the breakfast was poor served from the previous day, even cut cucumbers and cheese, were served old and the options were very few, and they were notchange the type of dishes for the 8 days that I stayed in. The one star is for the room service girls stevan and the other girl)and the restaurant gays. I definitely won't book it next time. And I don't recommend it

The breakfast served on the roof top with very nice view. The room I got was very close to the street and very noisy because of cars . The breakfast is poor they didn't have a lot of variety in it. The staff is friendly. The lobby is small and the furniture is old but the hotel and the rooms is clean overall. The reservation price is expensive according to service we got.

This hotel is a go to for me. However during my last stay I noticed the receptionist (Idk his name but he wears glasses) had a dry attitude not welcoming at check in. Then at checkout, we had an accident in the bedroom where a lamp was broken (only the glass) and though we payed money for it, he told us we cant take it home with us. Anyways, that wasn't the main problem bur the problem was his passive aggressive attitude I was very disappointed because usually the receptionists there are smiling and doing their best to make us happy. So please bayview get rid of this guy.

Loved the location, suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast yummy and picturesque. Helpful staff along with decent price. Only missing a swimming pool

No sound proof panels, street noise gave us a poor sleep and that wasn't for a night or two. Made us feel tired. Rooms with side doors to communicate with adjacent ones. Inhaled the neighbors smoke. Otherwise clean, comfortable and good breakfast.

This review is for the C Lounge on the rooftop: A calm and romantic place to have a drink and a great view at sunset high above the traffic and common noise.... The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The drinks are overpriced and the alcoholic cocktails are mild... so i recommend drinks like plain Whiskey to bypass the dilution... Overall recommended.

The best sunset view u can have! Amazing and classy rooftop with nice cocktails and a happy hour before 8. Not crowded and it's the beat place for a chill afternoon with a great view. I just don't like that there r only few Lebanese staff!

The review is for the C lounge: It’s a great place with a breathtaking view. Music is nice but what’s great over there is the staff!!! The service is great especially the supervisor or manager who is called Joseph. He treats the clients perfectly and pays attention to details.

Excellent hotel, good value for money. Helpful staff, good food and service. The roof restaurant / bar is a must while you are there. Some reviews complain about traffic noise, but in our experience, it dies down in the evening.

Reasonable price compared to other hotels with even less view. I loved that breakfast was included and the room decor was modern and brand new. No bad experience here! Would visit again.

If you are looking for a relaxing rooftop experience, its the place to be. The view is very nice and the service is good. We ordered the crudites with different dips, the bruschettas (with salmon and goat cheese)and the potato wedges. They all come in very small portions but tasty. Though I would come back i felt that there is something lacking in the experience but couldn't tell what.

Nice and clean. Uninterrupted and Good Wifi, but we must ask the staff to find out the rooms close to the wifi router as some rooms have poor connectivity. The staff are very friendly. The balcony view from sea side rooms are great.

This hotel is simply the best in Beirut. Location is amazing, Customer service is outstanding, security is the best, 24 hr electricity and WiFi and breakfast is exotic. Omar at front desk is really the best, very accommodating and hospitable. Highly recommend and enjoyable.
