I
stayed
here
for
four
nights.
It
was
safe
and
decent.
But
it
definitely
wasn't
worth
the
price.
I
checked
the
nearby
Arjaan
Rotana,
a
much
nicer
hotel
with
facilities
a
view
and
24/7
power
and
their
rates
were
nearly
the
same.
I
understand
the
country
is
going
through
tough
times
but
when
you
claim
to
be
a
4-star
hotel
it
needs
to
show.
The
reception
staff
were
very
kind
and
helpful.
The
inability
to
pay
with
card
was
annoying
but
the
staff
at
least
gave
me
time
to
find
money.
Luckily
I
didn't
have
a
car
because
there
was
barely
any
parking.
They
stuffed
cars
in
front
of
the
door
so
tightly
at
times
it
made
it
hard
to
walk
in
and
out
of
the
hotel.
I
stayed
from
Saturday
to
Wednesday
and
there
was
only
1
roll
of
toilet
paper
in
the
bathroom.
When
I
asked
for
more
I
had
to
wait
hours
and
even
go
downstairs
to
remind
them
about
it.
The
young
man
who
did
the
room
service
was
kind
and
helpful
but
could
probably
use
some
training
on
physical
boundaries.
There's
a
mini
fridge
in
the
room
but
no
microwave.
The
balconies
were
very
nice
with
a
table
and
two
chairs
even
though
any
view
that
would
be
there
is
blocked
by
tall
buildings.
And
the
wifi
was
iffy
it
best.
All
in
all,
and
in
consideration
of
the
state
of
their
nation
I
gave
a
3-star
but
under
normal
conditions
it
would've
been
a
2.
